【摘要】：攝像頭模組主要由鏡頭、濾色片、音圈馬達(dá)、馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)、圖像傳感器等部件構(gòu)成。圖像傳感器和音圈馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)都是CMOS半導(dǎo)體器件,對(duì)ESD(Electro-Static Discharge)非常敏感。本文的主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)攝像頭模組的ESD保護(hù)設(shè)計(jì),主要從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和電子設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面來(lái)闡述,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)主要對(duì)ESD敏感區(qū)的保護(hù);電子設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)主要是對(duì)CMOS芯片的接口引腳進(jìn)行保護(hù)。(2)人體模型的研究,主要討論HBM(Human Body Model)的仿真模型的創(chuàng)建。(3)靜電釋放的波形仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn),主要討論測(cè)試環(huán)境的建立,并對(duì)比目標(biāo)和實(shí)際波形。
[Abstract]:Camera module mainly consists of lens, filter, voice coil motor, motor drive, image sensor and other components.Image sensors and voice coil motor drivers are CMOS semiconductor devices that are very sensitive to ESD(Electro-Static charges.The main content of this paper includes the following aspects: 1) the ESD protection design of camera module, mainly from two aspects of structure design and electronic design, the protection of sensitive area of ESD in the structure design;The main purpose of electronic design is to protect the interface pin of CMOS chip. The human body model is studied. The creation of simulation model of HBM(Human Body Model is mainly discussed. The waveform simulation and experiment of electrostatic release are discussed, and the establishment of test environment is mainly discussed.And compare the target with the actual waveform.
