【摘要】：針對(duì)高性能計(jì)算系統(tǒng)在大規(guī)模通信互連中面臨的性能、成本及功耗等問(wèn)題,融合新興的高速互連技術(shù),結(jié)合大規(guī)模、超大規(guī)模系統(tǒng)通信的局部性和異構(gòu)性,提出基于多FPGA的混合層級(jí)高速互連結(jié)構(gòu),并給出基于集群的多FPGA邏輯功能劃分方法。該方法能夠根據(jù)不同應(yīng)用自定義設(shè)計(jì)高效互連網(wǎng)絡(luò),降低大規(guī)模計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的互連成本和開(kāi)銷(xiāo)。通過(guò)應(yīng)用實(shí)例實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該方法能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)大規(guī)模設(shè)計(jì)向多FPGA高性能計(jì)算平臺(tái)的快速映射,加速高性能可配置計(jì)算系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems of performance, cost and power consumption faced by high performance computing systems in large-scale communication interconnection, this paper combines the emerging high speed interconnection technology with the localization and heterogeneity of large-scale and super-large scale communication systems.A hybrid hierarchical high speed interconnection architecture based on multiple FPGA is proposed, and a cluster based method for functional partition of multiple FPGA logic is presented.This method can design efficient interconnection networks according to different applications and reduce the interconnection cost and overhead of large-scale computing systems.The experimental results show that this method can realize the fast mapping from large scale design to multiple FPGA high performance computing platform and accelerate the design and implementation of high performance configurable computing system.
