【摘要】：近年來，云計(jì)算技術(shù)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出越來越迅猛的態(tài)勢(shì)，強(qiáng)大的數(shù)據(jù)處理能力使其越來越受到各類企業(yè)和政府部門的關(guān)注。而作為辦公現(xiàn)代化重要標(biāo)志之一的電子政務(wù)一直是企業(yè)和政府提高工作效率的途徑和手段之一，隨著信息時(shí)代的發(fā)展，將云計(jì)算技術(shù)與電子政務(wù)相結(jié)合的趨勢(shì)越來越明顯，并且從理論走向了實(shí)踐。二者的結(jié)合是政府提高辦事效率，加強(qiáng)與民眾溝通的新型技術(shù)平臺(tái)，在簡(jiǎn)化政府辦事程序，加強(qiáng)民眾對(duì)政府的了解方面發(fā)揮著積極作用。 本文以基于云計(jì)算技術(shù)的電子政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)為研究對(duì)象，以云計(jì)算和電子政務(wù)相關(guān)理論為研究基礎(chǔ)，運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、對(duì)比研究、案例研究、多學(xué)科交叉研究等研究方法，探討了云計(jì)算與電子政務(wù)之間可融合的相似之處，闡述了基于云計(jì)算的電子政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的模型及過程構(gòu)建，設(shè)計(jì)出基于云計(jì)算電子政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的保障策略。 本文首先闡述選題的背景、來源、選題的目的和意義及論文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容，并詳細(xì)分析了該課題的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀，在此基礎(chǔ)上論述了云計(jì)算和電子政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的相關(guān)理論，界定云計(jì)算和電子政務(wù)服務(wù)的概念，論述了構(gòu)建基于云計(jì)算技術(shù)的電子政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的必要性和可行性；其次，，探討基于云計(jì)算的電子政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)的模型及構(gòu)建過程。具體闡述了模型構(gòu)建的思想，在此指導(dǎo)思想的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)出基于云計(jì)算技術(shù)的電子政務(wù)服務(wù)平臺(tái)，并詳細(xì)說明平臺(tái)模型構(gòu)建的過程；最后，分析了國外云計(jì)算電子政務(wù)保障策略，發(fā)現(xiàn)了我國在云計(jì)算電子政務(wù)保障方面存在的問題，并提出改進(jìn)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of cloud computing technology presents a more and more rapid trend, powerful data processing ability makes it more and more attracted the attention of all kinds of enterprises and government departments.As one of the important symbols of office modernization, E-government has always been one of the ways and means for enterprises and governments to improve their work efficiency. With the development of information age, the trend of combining cloud computing technology with e-government is becoming more and more obvious.And from theory to practice.The combination of the two is a new technical platform for the government to improve its work efficiency and strengthen communication with the public, which plays an active role in simplifying the government's handling procedures and strengthening the public's understanding of the government.This paper takes the cloud computing technology based e-government service platform as the research object, takes cloud computing and e-government related theories as the research foundation, uses the literature research, the contrast research, the case study, the multi-disciplinary cross research and so on research method.This paper discusses the similarities between cloud computing and e-government, expounds the model and process of cloud computing based e-government service platform, and designs the guarantee strategy of cloud computing e-government service platform.This paper first describes the background, source, purpose and significance of the topic and the main research content of the paper, and analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the topic in detail. On this basis, it discusses the related theories of cloud computing and e-government service platform.Define the concept of cloud computing and e-government service, discuss the necessity and feasibility of building e-government service platform based on cloud computing technology. Secondly, discuss the model and construction process of cloud computing based e-government service platform.This paper analyzes the foreign cloud computing e-government security strategy, finds out the problems existing in our country's cloud computing e-government security, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve it.
