【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、多媒體技術(shù)及Web技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展，同時(shí)社會(huì)對(duì)視頻監(jiān)控的業(yè)務(wù)范圍不斷擴(kuò)大，于是監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由傳統(tǒng)的安防監(jiān)控開始向集視頻監(jiān)控、信息管理于一體的監(jiān)控管理平臺(tái)方向發(fā)展。 本文目標(biāo)是設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)集實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集、傳輸、處理和信息管理于一身的綜合應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用B/S架構(gòu)，以計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為核心，結(jié)合了數(shù)字視頻技術(shù)、多媒體通信技術(shù)和數(shù)字存儲(chǔ)技術(shù)，采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，并通過ActiveX技術(shù)將媒體控制與瀏覽器相集成，直接利用Web瀏覽器完成用戶與系統(tǒng)的交互，使得監(jiān)控瀏覽范圍達(dá)到了前所未有的廣度。 本文首先分析了系統(tǒng)的具體需求，然后分層模塊化設(shè)計(jì)了系統(tǒng)的各大功能，最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于嵌入式服務(wù)器的網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)，并給出具體的測(cè)試。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的底層操作采用了VC++6.0提供的ActiveX控件開發(fā)技術(shù)，運(yùn)用了JavaScript腳本語言使得控件和Java EE開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了完美的互調(diào)結(jié)合，從而達(dá)到系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)及權(quán)限控制等信息的同步，這是網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的一大創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。系統(tǒng)完成視頻預(yù)覽、視頻回放、電子地圖、日志、系統(tǒng)管理、業(yè)務(wù)操作、系統(tǒng)配置等一系列功能。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)可以進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)的權(quán)限控制、智能配置，功能強(qiáng)大。另外，系統(tǒng)的組網(wǎng)方式靈活，，具有很強(qiáng)的適用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer network technology, multimedia technology and Web technology, at the same time, the business scope of video surveillance is expanding, so the surveillance system begins to collect video surveillance from traditional security surveillance.Information management in one of the monitoring and management platform for development.The aim of this paper is to design and implement a real-time data acquisition, transmission, processing and information management integrated application system.The system adopts the B / S architecture, the computer network technology as the core, the digital video technology, the multimedia communication technology and the digital storage technology, adopts the modular structure design, and integrates the media control with the browser through the ActiveX technology.Direct use of Web browser to complete user and system interaction, monitoring browsing scope has reached unprecedented breadth.In this paper, the specific requirements of the system are analyzed, and then the functions of the system are designed by layered modularization. Finally, the network video surveillance system based on embedded server is implemented, and the concrete test is given.The bottom operation of the whole system adopts the ActiveX control development technology provided by VC 6.0, and the JavaScript script language is used to combine the control and Java EE development technology perfectly, so as to achieve the synchronization of system data and authority control information.This is a major innovation in the network monitoring system.The system completes video preview, video playback, electronic map, log, system management, business operations, system configuration and a series of functions.The whole system can carry on the dynamic permission control, the intelligence configuration, the function is powerful.In addition, the system network is flexible, has a strong applicability.
