【摘要】:AT89S52是美國(guó)ATMEL公司生產(chǎn)的低電壓,高性能CMOS8位單片機(jī),片內(nèi)含4Kbytes的快速可擦寫的只讀程序存儲(chǔ)器(PEROM)和128bytes的隨機(jī)存取數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)器(RAM),片內(nèi)置通用8位中央處理器(CPU)和flash存儲(chǔ)單元,功能強(qiáng)大的AT89S52單片機(jī)可提供許多高性價(jià)比的應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,可靈活應(yīng)用于各種控制領(lǐng)域。 本論文利用單片機(jī)AT89S52作為控制器,基于超聲波測(cè)距原理和光電碼盤測(cè)轉(zhuǎn)速的原理,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)模擬汽車測(cè)速與倒車提示的電路,并編寫了對(duì)應(yīng)的測(cè)速、測(cè)距等程序。論文作者主要完成的工作包括: (1)調(diào)研了國(guó)內(nèi)外汽車測(cè)速和倒車?yán)走_(dá)現(xiàn)狀以及發(fā)展情況,提出了汽車測(cè)速與倒車提示模擬電路的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。 (2)研究了單片機(jī)AT89S52的電路結(jié)構(gòu)、引腳功能和工作原理,設(shè)計(jì)了基于單片機(jī)AT89S52的汽車測(cè)速與倒車提示模擬電路的控制電路。 (3)分析了CX20106A芯片的結(jié)構(gòu)與特點(diǎn),并在研究了超聲波測(cè)距原理的基礎(chǔ)上提出了超聲波測(cè)距電路的設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了基于CD4069和CX20106A的超聲波發(fā)射與接收電路。 (4)介紹了光電碼盤測(cè)速法,提出了利用光電碼盤進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)速測(cè)量的設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了基于槽型光電傳感器的轉(zhuǎn)速檢測(cè)電路。 (5)利用電子產(chǎn)品開發(fā)系統(tǒng)Altium Designer和Electronics Workbench兩款軟件進(jìn)行電路設(shè)計(jì)與仿真,利用實(shí)驗(yàn)電路和示波器進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)測(cè)量和分析。
[Abstract]:AT89S52 is a low voltage, high performance CMOS8 single chip microcomputer produced by ATMEL Company of USA. The chip contains 4Kbytes's fast erasable read-only program memory (PEROM) and 128bytes's random access data memory (RAM). The chip has a universal 8-bit CPU) and a flash memory cell. The powerful AT89S52 microcontroller can provide many applications with high performance and price ratio, and can be used flexibly in various control fields. In this paper, based on the principle of ultrasonic ranging and the principle of measuring rotational speed of photoelectric code disk, a circuit is designed to simulate vehicle speed measurement and reverse indication, and the corresponding speed measurement is compiled. The main work accomplished by the author of the thesis includes:. 1) the present situation and development of vehicle speed measurement and reversing radar at home and abroad are investigated, and the overall design scheme of the analog circuit for vehicle speed measurement and reverse warning is put forward. In this paper, the circuit structure, pin function and working principle of single chip computer AT89S52 are studied, and the control circuit of automobile speed measurement and reverse warning analog circuit based on single chip computer AT89S52 is designed. In this paper, the structure and characteristics of CX20106A chip are analyzed, and the design scheme of ultrasonic ranging circuit is put forward on the basis of studying the principle of ultrasonic ranging. The ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuit based on CD4069 and CX20106A is designed. This paper introduces the method of measuring the speed of the photoelectric code disk, puts forward the design scheme of measuring the rotational speed by using the photoelectric code disk, and designs the speed measuring circuit based on the slot photoelectric sensor. The electronic product development system Altium Designer and Electronics Workbench are used to design and simulate the circuit, and the experimental circuit and oscilloscope are used to measure and analyze the data.
