【摘要】:金屬微滴三維打印成形技術(shù)是一種新的快速分層制造方法,為了獲取零件模型的離散化層面數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)現(xiàn)零件的分層打印制造。依據(jù)金屬微滴三維打印成形工藝原理,利用Visual C++6.0和Open GL,在Windows XP平臺(tái)上,開(kāi)發(fā)出面向金屬微滴三維打印成形工藝的數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件。利用該軟件得到的成形數(shù)據(jù)信息,以Sn60/Pb40合金為試驗(yàn)材料,在280℃噴射溫度、100k Pa噴射壓力和200μm熔滴直徑下,進(jìn)行了打印沉積試驗(yàn),打印成形結(jié)果與零件模型吻合較好,驗(yàn)證了數(shù)據(jù)處理軟件的可行性,為金屬微滴三維打印成形技術(shù)的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Three-dimensional printing forming technology for metal droplets is a new rapid layered manufacturing method. In order to obtain discrete layer data of part model and realize layering printing manufacturing of parts, the three-dimensional printing forming technology of metal droplet is based on the principle of three-dimensional printing forming technology of metal droplets. Using Visual C 6.0 and Open GL, the data processing software of 3D printing forming process for metal droplets was developed on the platform of Windows XP.
