【摘要】：針對(duì)校園專業(yè)機(jī)房因使用頻率高、網(wǎng)絡(luò)穩(wěn)定性要求強(qiáng)、行業(yè)應(yīng)用軟件安裝多等導(dǎo)致故障率高,機(jī)房維護(hù)難度大等特點(diǎn),從實(shí)際維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)出發(fā),提出了機(jī)房常見系統(tǒng)故障及其處理辦法,重點(diǎn)對(duì)專業(yè)機(jī)房在多行業(yè)軟件安裝及應(yīng)用過程中的沖突問題提出了多個(gè)行之有效的解決辦法,其中包括:按一定的先后順序安裝軟件;軟件卸載要徹底;多服務(wù)器的設(shè)置;選擇合適的軟件版本或進(jìn)行License設(shè)置。介紹了常見網(wǎng)絡(luò)硬件故障解決辦法,同時(shí)也介紹了通過設(shè)置服務(wù)器防火墻的方法來解決正版行業(yè)軟件網(wǎng)絡(luò)鎖安裝過程中出現(xiàn)的軟故障。這種基于實(shí)例的故障排除方法更具有實(shí)用性、可操作性及簡(jiǎn)易性,從而提高了維護(hù)效率,降低了維護(hù)成本。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of professional computer room on campus, such as high frequency of use, strong demand for network stability, high failure rate and difficulty in maintaining computer room due to the installation of industry application software, this paper starts from the experience of practical maintenance. This paper puts forward some common system failures and their handling methods in computer room, and puts forward several effective solutions to the conflict problems in the process of installation and application of professional computer room software, including: installing software in a certain order; Software uninstall should be thorough; multi-server setup; choose the appropriate software version or License setup. At the same time, the paper also introduces the method of setting up server firewall to solve the soft fault in the course of installing the software network lock in the legal industry. This method of troubleshooting based on the example is more practical, operable and simple. Thus, the maintenance efficiency is improved and the maintenance cost is reduced.
