【摘要】：隨著信息量的爆炸式增長(zhǎng)以及類(lèi)型的復(fù)雜化和信息流的高速化,人類(lèi)將信息時(shí)代進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)到大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代。日本自20世紀(jì)80年代起就開(kāi)始重視教育的信息化和IT人才的培養(yǎng),于2000年在內(nèi)閣府設(shè)置了"IT戰(zhàn)略本部",并提出"IT立國(guó)"的口號(hào)。本文嘗試從大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的特征和人才需求入手,著重分析大數(shù)據(jù)在日本的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并研究日本IT人才培養(yǎng)的政策及其實(shí)施。通過(guò)此項(xiàng)研究,為中國(guó)大數(shù)據(jù)人才的培養(yǎng)提供參考和啟示。
[Abstract]:With the explosive growth of the amount of information, the complication of the types and the high speed of the information flow, human beings have further pushed the information age to the era of big data. Since 1980s, Japan has begun to attach importance to the education of information technology and the training of IT talents. In 2000, the Cabinet Office set up "IT Strategic headquarters" and put forward the slogan of "IT to build a country." this paper tries to start with the characteristics of big data's era and the demand for talents, focusing on the analysis of the development of big data in Japan. It also studies the policy and implementation of IT talent training in Japan. Through this research, it provides reference and inspiration for the cultivation of big data talents in China.
