【摘要】：為了克服現(xiàn)有陶瓷打印噴頭不能連續(xù)進(jìn)料的缺點(diǎn),根據(jù)陶瓷3D打印機(jī)高精度和連續(xù)上料的要求,對(duì)陶瓷3D打印機(jī)的噴頭擠出系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),提出一種可連續(xù)進(jìn)料、持續(xù)打印的陶瓷3D打印機(jī)噴頭擠出系統(tǒng),并利用流體力學(xué)相關(guān)理論知識(shí)以及ANSYS Fluent流體仿真軟件對(duì)擠出過程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬.仿真分析結(jié)果表明:噴頭出口流速約為1.79 mm/s,能夠滿足較高精度的打印需求;流體內(nèi)部壓強(qiáng)分布合理;關(guān)鍵部件螺桿受力在許用范圍內(nèi);流體流線場光順無交叉,在螺桿螺槽處能夠順暢流動(dòng).
[Abstract]:In order to overcome the shortcoming that the current ceramic printing nozzle can not feed continuously, according to the requirement of high precision and continuous feeding of ceramic 3D printer, the structure design of the extruding system of ceramic 3D printer is carried out, and a kind of continuous feeding system is proposed. Continuous printing of ceramic 3D printer nozzle extrusion system, The numerical simulation of extrusion process is carried out by using the theoretical knowledge of hydrodynamics and ANSYS Fluent fluid simulation software. The simulation results show that the flow velocity at the nozzle outlet is about 1.79 mm / s, which can meet the high precision printing requirements. The pressure distribution in the fluid is reasonable; the screw force of the key component is within the allowable range; the flow of the fluid streamline field is smooth without cross, and the flow can flow smoothly in the screw screw groove.
