【摘要】：數(shù)碼掃描儀作為一種光、機(jī)、電、計(jì)算機(jī)一體化輸入設(shè)備，應(yīng)用于高端藝術(shù)品數(shù)字化復(fù)制保存領(lǐng)域，具有便攜式、高精度、高質(zhì)量的特點(diǎn)，有著廣泛的市場(chǎng)的需求。 本文首先提出了一種新型的便攜式可調(diào)分辨率的數(shù)碼掃描儀設(shè)計(jì)思想，在新的設(shè)計(jì)中，采用線陣CCD作為圖像采集傳感器，，并以GL847控制器為核心設(shè)計(jì)出高性能的圖像采集系統(tǒng)，利用可調(diào)焦數(shù)碼鏡頭將光線采集到CCD圖像傳感器表面，并配合電機(jī)控制裝置的穩(wěn)定工作，完成一幅圖像的采集過(guò)程。接著對(duì)以GL847控制器為核心的底層控制模塊的各個(gè)內(nèi)部模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。然后介紹了以MFC基礎(chǔ)類庫(kù)為技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)的上層應(yīng)用軟件需求分析以及工作流程。最后介紹了利用動(dòng)態(tài)鏈接庫(kù)作為上下層通信的橋梁，有效的節(jié)省開發(fā)時(shí)間，并提高程序的可復(fù)用性。整個(gè)系統(tǒng)采用分層設(shè)計(jì)思想，有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)了“高內(nèi)聚、低耦合”的設(shè)計(jì)理念。
[Abstract]:As a kind of integrated input equipment of light, machine, electricity and computer, digital scanner is applied in the field of digital reproduction and preservation of high-end art. It has the characteristics of portable, high precision and high quality, and has wide market demand. In this paper, a new kind of portable digital scanner with adjustable resolution is proposed. In the new design, the linear CCD is used as the image acquisition sensor, and the high performance image acquisition system is designed with the GL847 controller as the core. The light is collected to the surface of the CCD image sensor by using the zoom digital lens, and the motor control device works stably. Then, each internal module of the bottom control module with GL847 controller as the core is analyzed in detail. Then, the requirement of the upper layer application software based on the MFC basic class library is introduced. Finally, the use of dynamic link library as a bridge of communication between the upper and lower layers is introduced. It can save the development time and improve the reusability of the program. The whole system adopts the idea of layered design and realizes the design idea of "high cohesion and low coupling" effectively.
