【摘要】：數(shù)碼掃描儀作為一種光、機、電、計算機一體化輸入設備，應用于高端藝術品數(shù)字化復制保存領域，具有便攜式、高精度、高質(zhì)量的特點，有著廣泛的市場的需求。 本文首先提出了一種新型的便攜式可調(diào)分辨率的數(shù)碼掃描儀設計思想，在新的設計中，采用線陣CCD作為圖像采集傳感器，，并以GL847控制器為核心設計出高性能的圖像采集系統(tǒng)，利用可調(diào)焦數(shù)碼鏡頭將光線采集到CCD圖像傳感器表面，并配合電機控制裝置的穩(wěn)定工作，完成一幅圖像的采集過程。接著對以GL847控制器為核心的底層控制模塊的各個內(nèi)部模塊進行了詳細的分析。然后介紹了以MFC基礎類庫為技術基礎的上層應用軟件需求分析以及工作流程。最后介紹了利用動態(tài)鏈接庫作為上下層通信的橋梁，有效的節(jié)省開發(fā)時間，并提高程序的可復用性。整個系統(tǒng)采用分層設計思想，有效地實現(xiàn)了“高內(nèi)聚、低耦合”的設計理念。
[Abstract]:As a kind of integrated input equipment of light, machine, electricity and computer, digital scanner is applied in the field of digital reproduction and preservation of high-end art. It has the characteristics of portable, high precision and high quality, and has wide market demand. In this paper, a new kind of portable digital scanner with adjustable resolution is proposed. In the new design, the linear CCD is used as the image acquisition sensor, and the high performance image acquisition system is designed with the GL847 controller as the core. The light is collected to the surface of the CCD image sensor by using the zoom digital lens, and the motor control device works stably. Then, each internal module of the bottom control module with GL847 controller as the core is analyzed in detail. Then, the requirement of the upper layer application software based on the MFC basic class library is introduced. Finally, the use of dynamic link library as a bridge of communication between the upper and lower layers is introduced. It can save the development time and improve the reusability of the program. The whole system adopts the idea of layered design and realizes the design idea of "high cohesion and low coupling" effectively.
