基于存儲卡的星上高速存儲系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)今星上通常采用固態(tài)存儲器記錄遙感數(shù)據(jù),它主要由NAND FLASH芯片及其控制器組成。這種存儲系統(tǒng)發(fā)展成熟,但規(guī)模尺寸大,,具體實(shí)現(xiàn)較為復(fù)雜。隨著航空航天科技的不斷進(jìn)步,小衛(wèi)星的發(fā)展趨向于一體化微小化,星上成像電子系統(tǒng)多功能化,需求一種尺寸小且管理方便的數(shù)據(jù)輔助存儲方案。在智能手機(jī)、攝像機(jī)等成熟的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)中所使用的存儲卡,以小尺寸、高速率、大容量的綜合優(yōu)勢,在星上有著很好的應(yīng)用潛力。本文致力研究一種基于存儲卡,尺寸小而綜合性能好的板級高速存儲系統(tǒng),作為解決微小衛(wèi)星和空間相機(jī)成像電子系統(tǒng)可選的數(shù)據(jù)輔助存儲方案。 本文首先對大容量高速數(shù)據(jù)存儲系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展以及星上應(yīng)用實(shí)例做分析,研究了存儲卡的特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢。提出并設(shè)計(jì)了存儲系統(tǒng)原理樣機(jī),該系統(tǒng)裝有6片microSD卡和1張CF卡作為主存儲單元,以及2片DDR SDRAM作為數(shù)據(jù)緩存單元。采用FPGA作為主控制器,應(yīng)用HDL編程技術(shù),設(shè)計(jì)了SD控制器和ATA控制器。利用MIG接口控制DDR SDRAM做乒乓緩存以確保數(shù)據(jù)的持續(xù)讀寫,具備256Mb容量、400MB/s速率的緩沖能力。該存儲系統(tǒng)按CameraLink邏輯鏈路協(xié)議,向外提供圖像數(shù)據(jù)采集和發(fā)送接口,通過通信接口實(shí)現(xiàn)對該系統(tǒng)的控制與參數(shù)的獲取。 在系統(tǒng)測試實(shí)驗(yàn)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)對面陣原始圖像的高速寫入和回放操作,具備1.6Gbps的讀寫速度,和370GB存儲容量。最后總結(jié)了研究內(nèi)容和成果。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, solid state memory is used to record remote sensing data. It is mainly composed of NAND FLASH chip and its controller. This kind of memory system is mature, but it has a large scale and complex realization. The development of small satellites tends to be integrated and miniaturized, the onboard imaging electronic system is multifunctional, and a small size and easy to manage data auxiliary storage scheme is required. Memory cards used in mature application systems such as smart phones, cameras, etc. With the advantages of small size, high speed and large capacity, it has good application potential on satellite. This paper is devoted to study a kind of board level high speed storage system based on memory card, small size and good comprehensive performance. As an alternative data-aided storage scheme for micro-satellite and space camera imaging electronic systems. In this paper, firstly, the development of high speed data storage system with large capacity and an example of on-board application are analyzed, the characteristics and advantages of memory card are studied, and the prototype of storage system principle is proposed and designed. The system is equipped with six microSD cards and one CF card as the main storage unit, and two pieces of DDR SDRAM as the data buffer unit. FPGA is used as the main controller and HDL programming technology is used. SD controller and ATA controller are designed. The DDR SDRAM is controlled by MIG interface to make ping-pong buffer to ensure the continuous reading and writing of data. It has 256Mb buffer capacity of 400MB / s. The storage system is based on CameraLink logical link protocol. The image data acquisition and transmission interface is provided, and the control and parameter acquisition of the system are realized through the communication interface. In the system test experiment, the high speed writing and playback operation of the original image of the opposite array is realized, the reading and writing speed of 1.6 Gbps and the storage capacity of 370 GB are achieved. Finally, the research contents and results are summarized.
