基于彈性云計算集群的國際TEAM Problem 7基準(zhǔn)問題計算方法

【摘要】:針對智能制造所需的大規(guī)模計算問題,對比分析不同云計算技術(shù)的發(fā)展模式,選取適合大規(guī)模計算密集型的云架構(gòu),部署了9節(jié)點彈性計算平臺。選取電磁領(lǐng)域的國際TEAM Problem7基準(zhǔn)問題為案例,使用基于消息傳遞機制的開源并行編程模型Open Mpi編寫典型渦流場的并行計算程序,實現(xiàn)了計算案例數(shù)百萬自由度的并行計算,得到了不同節(jié)點下不同計算規(guī)模的計算時間與速率分布圖。研究結(jié)果表明,典型電工裝備的大規(guī)模有限元仿真計算可在云計算平臺部署的彈性計算集群中實現(xiàn)并行化。對比于傳統(tǒng)高性能計算機的并行計算方法,本文的云計算彈性計算集群具有投入成本低、動態(tài)可分配、按需索取的優(yōu)點,為傳統(tǒng)純粹制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級智能制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供了一種靈活、便捷的新型高性能計算方案。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of large-scale computing for intelligent manufacturing, this paper compares and analyzes the development patterns of different cloud computing technologies, and selects a cloud architecture suitable for large-scale computing intensive. A 9-node elastic computing platform is deployed. The international TEAM Problem7 benchmark problem in electromagnetic field is selected as an example, and the parallel computation program of typical eddy current field is compiled by using the open source parallel programming model Open Mpi based on message passing mechanism. The parallel computation of millions of degrees of freedom is realized, and the calculation time and rate distribution of different computing scales under different nodes are obtained. The results show that, The large-scale finite element simulation of typical electrical equipment can be parallelized in the elastic computing cluster deployed on cloud computing platform. The flexible computing cluster in this paper has the advantages of low input cost, dynamic distribution and on-demand demand. It provides a flexible and convenient new high performance computing scheme for the traditional pure manufacturing industry to transform and upgrade the intelligent manufacturing industry.
