【摘要】:采用耐高溫存儲卡技術(shù)設(shè)計開發(fā)了一套適合PCR儀在線監(jiān)測的校準系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)以存儲卡為媒介對采集的數(shù)據(jù)收集和傳遞,消除校準過程外接數(shù)據(jù)引線而引起PCR儀運行故障或測量結(jié)果偏離的影響。實驗結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)溫度傳感器誤差在0.03℃以內(nèi),16路溫度傳感器均勻性良好,存儲卡收集的數(shù)據(jù)真實可靠,可作為校準PCR儀溫度參數(shù)的標準器使用。
[Abstract]:A calibration system suitable for on-line monitoring of PCR instrument is designed and developed by using the technology of high temperature resistant memory card. The system collects and transmits the collected data by using the memory card as the medium. In order to eliminate the influence of the fault of PCR instrument or the deviation of measurement result caused by the external data lead during calibration, the experimental results show that the error of temperature sensor in this system is good in the range of 0.03 鈩,
