【摘要】：在信息與信號(hào)處理領(lǐng)域,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的高速采集,已經(jīng)成為信息與信號(hào)處理當(dāng)中不可缺少的一部分。在通信和航空航天領(lǐng)域中,系統(tǒng)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)要求也越來(lái)越高。高速數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)要求存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備具有大容量、存儲(chǔ)速度快、穩(wěn)定性好等特點(diǎn),可以適應(yīng)任何一種復(fù)雜的工作環(huán)境。本論文以SSD存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備作為研究對(duì)象,在分析以太網(wǎng)接口技術(shù)和NAND閃存技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,主要研究了SSD存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口。該固態(tài)存儲(chǔ)器采用串并轉(zhuǎn)換和流水線處理的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)Flash芯片陣列的高速數(shù)據(jù)寫入,提高了SSD存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的平均寫入速度。同時(shí),采用以太網(wǎng)接口作為數(shù)據(jù)輸出接口,解決了SSD存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備與普通計(jì)算機(jī)相互連接的問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了在線式低帶寬的數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出。論文首先介紹了課題的研究目的、研究背景和研究意義。其次,實(shí)現(xiàn)命令隊(duì)列優(yōu)化機(jī)制,分別設(shè)計(jì)壞塊管理、損耗均衡和頁(yè)的讀寫等功能,使SSD電子盤中的NAND閃存能夠發(fā)揮更高的性能。為了后期的數(shù)據(jù)處理,利用SSD下載板10/100/1000Mbps于一身的高效以太網(wǎng)收發(fā)器,結(jié)合socket編程技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)Windows和Linux跨平臺(tái)的高速數(shù)據(jù)輸出。最后,對(duì)SSD存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明本文設(shè)計(jì)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的效果。
[Abstract]:In the field of information and signal processing, high-speed data acquisition has become an indispensable part of information and signal processing. High speed data acquisition system requires storage equipment with large capacity, fast storage speed, good stability and so on. This thesis takes SSD storage device as the research object, based on the analysis of Ethernet interface technology and NAND flash memory technology. This paper mainly studies the network interface of SSD storage device. The solid-state memory uses series-parallel conversion and pipeline processing to realize high-speed data writing to Flash chip array, which improves the average write speed of SSD memory device. The Ethernet interface is used as the data output interface to solve the problem of the connection between the SSD storage device and the common computer, and the on-line low bandwidth data export is realized. Research background and research significance. Secondly, the command queue optimization mechanism is implemented to design bad block management, loss balance and page reading and writing functions respectively, so that the NAND flash memory in SSD electronic disk can play a higher performance. Using the high efficiency Ethernet transceiver of 10 / 100 / 1000Mbps of SSD download board and socket programming technology, the high-speed data output of Windows and Linux is realized. Finally, the network interface performance of SSD storage device is tested. The test results show that the design achieves the desired results.
