【摘要】:單紗強(qiáng)力儀是測(cè)試紗線、纖維長(zhǎng)絲等紡織材料拉伸性能技術(shù)指標(biāo)的儀器,主要用于測(cè)定棉、毛、麻、化學(xué)短纖維的純紡或混紡紗線(股線)的斷裂強(qiáng)力、斷裂伸長(zhǎng)及斷裂功。由于單根紗線的拉伸強(qiáng)度及其不均勻不僅影響紡織產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和風(fēng)格,也影響紡織后加工工藝和生產(chǎn)效率,因此在紡織產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程前對(duì)成品紗線提出更高要求的檢測(cè)。國(guó)內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)的單紗強(qiáng)力儀測(cè)試精度低、存儲(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)少、人機(jī)交互差,無(wú)法滿足目前檢測(cè)的要求;進(jìn)口的單紗強(qiáng)力儀價(jià)格高,許多急需提高自身產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的中小企業(yè)無(wú)力購(gòu)買。為滿足市場(chǎng)需求,本課題研制了一種基于STM32空制的新型全自動(dòng)單紗強(qiáng)力儀。 課題研制的單紗測(cè)試儀器實(shí)現(xiàn)紗線力值和伸長(zhǎng)率的測(cè)量,課題內(nèi)容主要包括系統(tǒng)硬件、軟件的設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)試及整機(jī)的測(cè)試。硬件系統(tǒng)由控制電路、力值采集電路、動(dòng)作輸出電路和反饋輸入電路組成?刂齐娐芬許TM32單片機(jī)為核心,對(duì)外圍器件進(jìn)行控制,采用可靠、高效的CAN通訊實(shí)現(xiàn)與上位機(jī)數(shù)據(jù)交互;力值采集電路采用高精度的張力傳感器,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)紗線力值信號(hào)的采集與模數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換;動(dòng)作輸出電路采用驅(qū)動(dòng)板、電磁閥、交流電機(jī)、步進(jìn)電機(jī)及驅(qū)動(dòng)器,完成設(shè)定的換管、喂紗和強(qiáng)力測(cè)試等動(dòng)作;反饋輸入電路采用轉(zhuǎn)接板、霍爾傳感器、編碼器,當(dāng)器件運(yùn)行到指定位置時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)出信號(hào)。軟件系統(tǒng)基于μC/OS操作系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)換管動(dòng)作、喂紗動(dòng)作和強(qiáng)力測(cè)試等功能。硬件系統(tǒng)與軟件系統(tǒng)各個(gè)模塊設(shè)計(jì)完成后需要對(duì)其做相應(yīng)地測(cè)試并不斷調(diào)試直至滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整機(jī)測(cè)試,通過(guò)對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)紗樣的測(cè)試,得到斷裂強(qiáng)力和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率,并與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)紗樣機(jī)的測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較。 系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該設(shè)備具有測(cè)試精度高、成本低等優(yōu)點(diǎn),可應(yīng)用于紡織生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:The single yarn strength tester is a test instrument such as filament yarn, textile materials tensile performance index, mainly used for the determination of cotton, wool, linen, pure or blended yarns of chemical fiber (strands) the breaking strength, breaking elongation and fracture toughness. The single yarn strength and the uneven quality not only affects the and the style of textile products, but also affects the textile processing technology and production efficiency, therefore put forward higher requirements for detection of finished yarn in the textile production process. The single yarn strength tester to test the accuracy of traditional domestic low, less data storage, human-computer interaction is poor, unable to meet the testing requirements; the price of single yarn strength tester imported high, many need to improve their own quality of small and medium-sized enterprises to buy. In order to meet the market demand, this thesis presents a new STM32 control full automatic single yarn strength tester based on.
The measurement research of single yarn testing instrument for yarn stress and elongation, the thesis mainly includes the system hardware design and the software debugging and testing. The hardware system consists of control circuit, force value acquisition circuit, action output circuit and a feedback input circuit. The control circuit uses STM32 microcontroller as the core, peripheral devices using CAN control, reliable, efficient implementation of interactive communication and PC data; force value acquisition circuit adopts high precision tension sensor, the yarn stress value of the signal acquisition and conversion action; the output circuit adopts the drive plate, solenoid valve, AC motor, stepper motor and driver, complete set of tube the yarn strength test and action; feedback input circuit using the adapter plate, Holzer sensor, encoder, when the device moves to the specified position will be issued when the signal based on the C/ software system. OS operating system, realize the transfer tube feeding action, action and strength testing functions. The hardware system and software system of each module design need corresponding test and debugging until it meets the design requirements of the machine. Finally, test the system, based on the standard yarn sample test, get the tensile strength and elongation and, the test results were compared with the standard measuring yarn prototype.
The test results of the system show that the equipment has the advantages of high testing precision and low cost, which can be used in the field of textile production.
