【摘要】:中職教育以培養(yǎng)實(shí)用型人才為主,強(qiáng)調(diào)技能的訓(xùn)練。中職學(xué)校的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)及生源情況決定了其大部分基礎(chǔ)課程的教學(xué)模式不能直接搬用其他類型學(xué)校的課程形式,必須從實(shí)際出發(fā),強(qiáng)調(diào)針對(duì)性,使所有學(xué)生的知識(shí)與技能在原來基礎(chǔ)上得到提高與進(jìn)步,個(gè)性得到發(fā)展。 本研究以內(nèi)蒙古北方職業(yè)學(xué)校開設(shè)的“計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)”課程為例,通過課堂觀察、問卷調(diào)查等方法,以分層教學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),緊密聯(lián)系教學(xué)實(shí)踐進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。 本文除引言和結(jié)語部分外,主要包含兩部分內(nèi)容: 第一部分,首先介紹了課堂觀察和問卷調(diào)查工作開展的基本情況。然后,從“計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)”采用的教學(xué)模式、中職學(xué)校生源情況、課程師資情況、技能訓(xùn)練開展情況等幾個(gè)方面,分析了內(nèi)蒙古北方職業(yè)學(xué)校計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用基礎(chǔ)課程的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀及存在的突出問題。 第二部分,參考相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),綜述了國(guó)內(nèi)外專家關(guān)于分層教學(xué)的理論探索和實(shí)踐研究成果。以此為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合內(nèi)蒙古北方職業(yè)學(xué)校的實(shí)際情況,嘗試提出了課程教學(xué)改革方案并實(shí)施。教學(xué)實(shí)施的初步結(jié)果表明,在傳統(tǒng)的班級(jí)授課以教為主講練結(jié)合的教學(xué)模式中引入分層教學(xué)理念,針對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)迥異、基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)水平參差不齊、計(jì)算機(jī)初始技能差異很大的學(xué)生群體,通過學(xué)生分層、備課分層、練習(xí)分層、評(píng)價(jià)分層等環(huán)節(jié),教學(xué)過程中同學(xué)間開展有效的協(xié)作互助、彼此交流,可以取得縮小學(xué)生間差異、強(qiáng)化技能培養(yǎng)、提高學(xué)習(xí)興趣的明顯收效,是提高“計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)”課程教學(xué)總體效果的一條有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education focuses on the cultivation of practical talents and emphasizes the training of skills. The training objectives and student resources of secondary vocational schools determine that the teaching mode of most basic courses cannot be directly adapted to the curriculum form of other types of schools. It is necessary to start from reality and emphasize pertinence so that all students' knowledge and skills can be improved and improved on the basis of the original, and their personality can be developed. Taking the course of "basic computer Application" offered by Northern Vocational School in Inner Mongolia as an example, through classroom observation, questionnaire survey and other methods, guided by the theory of stratified teaching, the empirical research is carried out in close connection with teaching practice. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this paper mainly includes two parts:. In the first part, it introduces the basic situation of classroom observation and questionnaire survey. Then, it introduces the teaching mode of "computer application foundation", the situation of secondary vocational school students, the situation of curriculum teachers. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of computer application basic course teaching in Northern Vocational School of Inner Mongolia from several aspects such as the development of skill training and so on. The second part, referring to the relevant research literature, summarizes the theoretical and practical research achievements of domestic and foreign experts on stratified teaching. This paper tries to put forward the reform scheme of curriculum teaching and puts it into practice. The preliminary results show that the concept of layered teaching is introduced into the traditional teaching mode in which teaching is based on teaching and practice, and the motivation of learning is very different. The basic knowledge level is uneven, the computer initial skill difference is very big student group, through the student stratification, prepares the lesson stratification, the practice stratification, the appraisal stratification and so on link, in the teaching process the schoolmate develops the effective cooperation and mutual assistance, exchanges with each other, It is an effective way to improve the overall effect of "computer basic" course teaching by reducing the difference between students, strengthening the cultivation of skills and improving the interest of learning.
