送風(fēng)溫度變化對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心熱環(huán)境影響的模擬研究

【摘要】:為研究送風(fēng)溫度變化對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)中心熱環(huán)境的影響,在分析數(shù)據(jù)中心空調(diào)系統(tǒng)負(fù)荷特性和能耗現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以南京某小型數(shù)據(jù)中心工程實(shí)例為研究對(duì)象,采用數(shù)據(jù)中心專(zhuān)用CFD模擬軟件對(duì)其氣流組織進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,分析了該機(jī)房冷量利用情況。結(jié)果表明,送風(fēng)溫度變化會(huì)對(duì)氣流組織產(chǎn)生一定的影響,送風(fēng)溫度提高,機(jī)柜平均出風(fēng)溫度提高,部分機(jī)柜存在冷量利用不充分的情況;距地面1.5m、3m平面位置及主要衡量立面溫度均有不同程度的提高,增幅在3.8%—12.9%之間,氣流組織受到一定的影響。綜合分析得出送風(fēng)溫度在13℃熱環(huán)境較好,更有利于冷量的充分利用。
[Abstract]:In order to study the influence of air temperature change on the thermal environment of data center, based on the analysis of load characteristics and energy consumption of air conditioning system in data center, a small data center project in Nanjing is taken as the research object. The air distribution was simulated by using the special CFD software of data center, and the utilization of cold volume in the room was analyzed. The results show that the air distribution will be influenced by the change of air temperature, and the air temperature will be increased. The average outlet air temperature of the cabinets is increased, and some of the cabinets have insufficient utilization of the cold capacity, and the horizontal position of 1.5mm3 from the ground and the main measuring elevation temperatures have increased to varying degrees, with an increase of between 3.8% and 12.9%.
