【摘要】：印度Infosys公司于2004年發(fā)起了與大學(xué)合作的校園聯(lián)系計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目,構(gòu)建以需求為目標(biāo)的反向設(shè)計(jì)的IT專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)模式,為印度培養(yǎng)卓越的IT工程人才做出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。本文闡述了Infosys構(gòu)建的校園聯(lián)系計(jì)劃的主要內(nèi)容,分析其教育合作模式能夠取得巨大成功的主要因素———可擴(kuò)展性、持續(xù)性及可測評性。為我國工程人才的教育培養(yǎng)提供啟示與借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 2004, Infosys India launched a campus networking project with universities to build a demand-driven reverse design model for IT majors. This paper expounds the main contents of the campus connection plan constructed by Infosys, and analyzes the main factor of the great success of its educational cooperation model-extensibility, which is a great contribution to the training of outstanding IT engineers in India. It can provide enlightenment and reference for the education and cultivation of engineering talents in China.
