【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,像藥品倉(cāng)庫(kù)、食品行業(yè)、溫室大棚和檔案館等特定的場(chǎng)所對(duì)環(huán)境參數(shù)的要求越來(lái)越高,使得溫濕度指標(biāo)已經(jīng)受到人們?cè)絹?lái)越多的關(guān)注。近些年來(lái)嵌入式技術(shù)已經(jīng)成為了人們積極研究和深入學(xué)習(xí)的熱點(diǎn),這主要得益于通信、消費(fèi)電子和計(jì)算機(jī)相互融合和快速發(fā)展。嵌入式系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用的開(kāi)發(fā)日漸成熟,利用嵌入式技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)的產(chǎn)品也越來(lái)越多的融入人類生產(chǎn)和生活。 目前實(shí)際應(yīng)用的環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)主要是基于主機(jī)——終端的開(kāi)發(fā)模式,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布線困難,不方便進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理。本課題設(shè)計(jì)了基于三星S3C6410微處理器和MODBUS協(xié)議的環(huán)境監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),解決了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)布線困難、不易進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理等問(wèn)題,開(kāi)發(fā)擁有對(duì)環(huán)境參數(shù)采集、存儲(chǔ)、傳輸、顯示功能的監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),很好地滿足了用戶的需要。用戶不僅能在嵌入式終端選擇有線或無(wú)線的方式采集多通道數(shù)據(jù),而且能將數(shù)據(jù)顯示在下位機(jī)和上位機(jī)上,采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的MODBUS通信協(xié)議,能實(shí)現(xiàn)多種方式傳輸數(shù)據(jù),并采用校驗(yàn)的方式確保數(shù)據(jù)傳輸環(huán)節(jié)更加可靠。本系統(tǒng)不僅能實(shí)時(shí)采集各抽樣點(diǎn)的溫度與濕度值,而且能夠迅速處理,友好的將數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果顯示給用戶,并存儲(chǔ)結(jié)果以方便以后的對(duì)比研究。 本文首先是根據(jù)用戶需求設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu),完成對(duì)上位機(jī)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的選擇、上位機(jī)與下位機(jī)之間的通信協(xié)議設(shè)計(jì)、上位機(jī)軟件功能架構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)數(shù)據(jù)格式設(shè)計(jì)等內(nèi)容。重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容是實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)顯示、系統(tǒng)控制、數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)出、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)連接、串口通信、系統(tǒng)校驗(yàn)、從機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)和安裝程序生成等8個(gè)重要的組成部分。此外本系統(tǒng)還首次加入了監(jiān)控從機(jī)機(jī)制,使得實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)控的不再只有一臺(tái)主機(jī),為系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性提供了更好的保證。論文完成了上位機(jī)軟件的測(cè)試,糾正了測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題并根據(jù)用戶實(shí)際需求對(duì)軟件做出優(yōu)化,加入了糾錯(cuò)機(jī)制和加密機(jī)制算法的研究和相應(yīng)平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society, the demand for environmental parameters in certain places, such as medicine warehouse, food industry, greenhouse and archives, is getting higher and higher. In recent years, embedded technology has become the focus of active research and in-depth study, which is mainly due to the communication. The development of embedded system application is becoming more and more mature, and the products developed by embedded technology are more and more integrated into human production and life. At present, the environment monitoring system is mainly based on the development mode of mainframe and terminal, which makes it difficult to arrange wiring in the field and is not convenient for unified management. In this paper, an environment monitoring system based on Samsung S3C6410 microprocessor and MODBUS protocol is designed. It solves the problems of difficult wiring and unified management, and develops a monitoring system with the functions of collecting, storing, transmitting and displaying environmental parameters. The user can not only collect the multi-channel data in the embedded terminal, but also display the data on the lower computer and the upper computer, and adopt the standard MODBUS communication protocol. The system not only can collect the temperature and humidity of every sampling point in real time, but also can process the data quickly. Friendly display of data results to users, and store the results to facilitate future comparative research. First of all, according to the needs of users, this paper designs the overall architecture of the system, completes the choice of the host computer software development platform and database, the communication protocol design between the host computer and the lower computer, and the upper computer software function architecture. Database data format design and other content. The key content is to achieve data display, system control, data export, database connection, serial communication, system verification, There are 8 important components, such as slave computer implementation and installation program generation. In addition, the system has also added the monitoring slave mechanism for the first time, which makes the monitoring system no longer have only one host computer. This paper completes the software testing of the host computer, corrects the problems found by the test, and optimizes the software according to the actual needs of the user, and provides a better guarantee for the stability of the system. Add error correction mechanism and encryption mechanism algorithm research and the implementation of the corresponding platform.
