基于PIC單片機(jī)的自動(dòng)化測試系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:隨著消費(fèi)電子和無線市場的巨大需求,中國在設(shè)計(jì)、制造和測試復(fù)雜半導(dǎo)體方面的技術(shù)已經(jīng)取得了明顯的進(jìn)步,而自動(dòng)化測試技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)為復(fù)雜設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的測試診斷開辟了一個(gè)新途徑,因此在未來IC測試中將扮演重要角色。測試產(chǎn)業(yè)一個(gè)明顯的反應(yīng)就是確保測試平臺(tái)的可擴(kuò)展和靈活性。作為醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生體制改革的一部分,醫(yī)療器械電子產(chǎn)品地不斷普及促進(jìn)了電子測試技術(shù)在醫(yī)療設(shè)備中的廣泛應(yīng)用。本文通過對一款提醒病人按時(shí)服藥的電子產(chǎn)品的分析,構(gòu)建了以單片機(jī)為核心,并配以一定功能的外圍電路,完成測試該產(chǎn)品是否合格的自動(dòng)化測試系統(tǒng)。 整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)是基于Microchip的PIC系列器件PIC16F877A芯片進(jìn)行的。在單片機(jī)的最小系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上對系統(tǒng)的配置電路、驅(qū)動(dòng)電路、電流測量電路、顯示控制電路和報(bào)警提示電路進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),并給出了各個(gè)模塊的電路原理圖,再通過軟件設(shè)計(jì)將所采集到的數(shù)據(jù)采用串口通信傳送給PC機(jī),同時(shí)結(jié)合上位機(jī)應(yīng)用平臺(tái)直觀地顯示出測試產(chǎn)品的各個(gè)測量參數(shù),用以判斷每個(gè)待測產(chǎn)品是否合格。 本系統(tǒng)是以實(shí)際工程中智能測試架的制作為背景而設(shè)計(jì)的,涉及到智能測試診斷技術(shù)及測試診斷信息的表達(dá)等關(guān)鍵技術(shù),順應(yīng)了自動(dòng)化測試系統(tǒng)在電子行業(yè)中低成本、高效率的需求,具有一定的實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:With the huge demand in the consumer electronics and wireless markets, China has made remarkable progress in designing, manufacturing and testing complex semiconductors. The emergence of automated testing technology opens up a new way for the testing and diagnosis of complex equipment systems. So it will play an important role in IC testing in the future. One obvious response from the test industry is to ensure the scalability and flexibility of the test platform as part of the reform of the medical and health system. The popularity of electronic products of medical devices has promoted the wide application of electronic testing technology in medical equipment. Through the analysis of an electronic product that reminds patients to take medicine on time, a single chip microcomputer is constructed as the core. And with a certain function of peripheral circuits to complete the test of whether the product is qualified automated test system. The realization of the whole system is based on the PIC16F877A chip of PIC series device of Microchip. On the basis of the minimum system of single chip microcomputer, the configuration circuit, driving circuit, current measuring circuit of the system, The display control circuit and alarm prompt circuit are designed, and the circuit schematic diagram of each module is given. The data collected is transmitted to PC by serial communication through software design. At the same time, the measuring parameters of the test product are displayed intuitively with the application platform of the upper computer, which is used to judge whether each product to be tested is qualified or not. The system is designed on the background of the manufacture of intelligent test stand in practical engineering. It involves the key technologies such as intelligent test diagnosis technology and the expression of test diagnosis information, and conforms to the low cost of automatic test system in electronic industry. The demand of high efficiency has certain practical significance.
