面向固—液兩相軟性磨粒流的嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:目前,對(duì)于軟性磨粒流拋光加工方法的研究工作,主要集中于理論分析與仿真研究。為了充分了解軟性磨粒流的實(shí)際運(yùn)行和加工狀態(tài)下的情況,以及進(jìn)一步探討軟性磨粒流的加工工藝方法,以適應(yīng)不同加工條件和加工環(huán)境的需要。因此,研究面向固-液兩相軟性磨粒流的測(cè)控系統(tǒng)具有必要性,本文的主要工作如下: (1)研究并總結(jié)了固-液兩相軟性磨粒流的拋光影響因素,建立了軟性磨粒拋光影響因素實(shí)體關(guān)系模型;應(yīng)用磨削加工中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式普林斯頓方程研究了磨粒濃度對(duì)拋光的影響。為設(shè)計(jì)面向固-液兩相軟性磨粒流的嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)控提供所需的測(cè)量變量與控制變量。 (2)針對(duì)軟性磨粒流的流道微小,無法在流道內(nèi)部使用接觸型傳感器,采用二次信號(hào)-振動(dòng)信號(hào)對(duì)軟性磨粒流的加速度振動(dòng)信號(hào)進(jìn)行數(shù)字信號(hào)分析。通過小波包分析提出一種基于小波包的能量的特征信號(hào)為被控變量的測(cè)控方法。 (3)采用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù),從軟性磨粒流測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的需求出發(fā),結(jié)合有限狀態(tài)機(jī)理論和嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng)多線程并發(fā)模型,設(shè)計(jì)了面向軟性磨粒流嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)軟件的輕型框架,以此框架為復(fù)用基礎(chǔ)擴(kuò)展設(shè)計(jì)軟性磨粒流的嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)。 (4)面向固-液兩相軟性磨粒流的嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)采用雙核架構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)方案,集合DSP的高速的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)字信號(hào)處理能力和嵌入式Linux應(yīng)用程序接口實(shí)現(xiàn)了面向固-液兩相軟性磨粒流的嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)。并對(duì)運(yùn)行于DSP系統(tǒng)的軟件采用單調(diào)速率調(diào)度算法對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)時(shí)可調(diào)度性進(jìn)行分析。分析結(jié)構(gòu)顯示系統(tǒng)滿足實(shí)時(shí)性可調(diào)度。
[Abstract]:At present, the research work of soft abrasive flow polishing method is mainly focused on theoretical analysis and simulation. In order to meet the needs of different processing conditions and processing environments, it is necessary to study the measurement and control system for solid-liquid two-phase soft abrasive flow. The main work of this paper is as follows:. 1) the influence factors of solid-liquid two-phase soft abrasive flow are studied and summarized, and the solid relation model of soft abrasive polishing factors is established. The effect of abrasive concentration on polishing is studied by using the empirical formula Princeton equation in grinding process, which provides the necessary measurement and control variables for the design of embedded real-time measurement and control for solid-liquid two-phase soft abrasive flow. (2) the flow channels for soft abrasive flow are too small to use contact sensors within the runner, The acceleration vibration signal of soft abrasive flow is analyzed by using quadratic signal-vibration signal, and a method of measuring and controlling the characteristic signal of energy based on wavelet packet is proposed by wavelet packet analysis. In order to meet the requirement of soft abrasive flow measurement and control system, we adopt object oriented technology, combine finite state machine theory and multithread concurrent model of embedded real time operating system. A lightweight framework of embedded real-time measurement and control system software for soft abrasive flow is designed. Based on this framework, an embedded real-time measurement and control system for soft abrasive flow is designed. The embedded real-time measurement and control system for solid-liquid two-phase soft abrasive flow adopts a dual-core architecture. The high speed real time digital signal processing capability of DSP and the embedded Linux application program interface are used to realize the embedded real time measurement and control system for solid liquid two phase soft abrasive flow. The software running in DSP system is controlled by single speed. Rate scheduling algorithm is used to analyze the real-time schedulability of the system, and the analysis structure shows that the system meets the real-time schedulability.
