【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+時(shí)代的到來(lái),云計(jì)算也從一個(gè)概念逐步變得更加容易理解和更加具體化。云計(jì)算的發(fā)展必須以強(qiáng)大的IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施作為云計(jì)算業(yè)務(wù)的硬件支撐。為了滿足云業(yè)務(wù)的迅速發(fā)展和大規(guī)模云計(jì)算的應(yīng)用,IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心也在不斷興建。IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心的特點(diǎn)是投資建設(shè)成本大,技術(shù)復(fù)雜,涉及到的專業(yè)很多,運(yùn)營(yíng)成本高。為滿足投資方的利益,投資方對(duì)項(xiàng)目的工期要求、項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量要求以及項(xiàng)目的成本投資管控等方面提出了更高甚至更加苛刻的要求,力爭(zhēng)在最短時(shí)間內(nèi)能夠交付并產(chǎn)生收益。而定制化數(shù)據(jù)中心是以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)中心的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為基礎(chǔ),提出了更多具體化的要求。定制的概念從設(shè)計(jì)之初就體現(xiàn)的淋漓盡致,同時(shí)還要預(yù)留一定的可拓展性,對(duì)于整體的設(shè)計(jì)能力是一次考驗(yàn)。同時(shí),定制化提出的具體要求也對(duì)具體實(shí)施方案提出了更高的要求,需要按照詳細(xì)要求制定個(gè)性化的方案和計(jì)劃,來(lái)保障工期和施工質(zhì)量。本文是以深圳市觀瀾錦繡定制化IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心項(xiàng)目建設(shè)為背景,分析和討論了定制化機(jī)房的特點(diǎn)以及進(jìn)度管理在IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)過(guò)程中的應(yīng)用,希望能夠通過(guò)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程進(jìn)度的管控來(lái)得出定制化機(jī)房建設(shè)在管理過(guò)程中的一些特點(diǎn),達(dá)到快速興建,如期交付的目的。本文首先闡述了IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心的概念、IDC數(shù)據(jù)中心建設(shè)的一般基本構(gòu)成,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)本文用到的項(xiàng)目管理方面的知識(shí)進(jìn)行了評(píng)述,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究做好本文的理論支撐。之后闡述了具體實(shí)施項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目情況和項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)目標(biāo);通過(guò)WBS分解和網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,估算整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)工期;通過(guò)關(guān)鍵路徑分析法應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)找到項(xiàng)目建設(shè)過(guò)程中整體項(xiàng)目建設(shè)建設(shè)的重要把控點(diǎn);分析項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施過(guò)程中可能對(duì)進(jìn)度產(chǎn)生影響的因素分析和一些可以保障進(jìn)度的具體流程和措施;最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目中出現(xiàn)了幾個(gè)典型的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。通過(guò)利用項(xiàng)目管理的知識(shí),進(jìn)度管理中的因素分析和管理工具的使用,通過(guò)關(guān)鍵路徑法分析能夠有效的跟蹤對(duì)比項(xiàng)目建設(shè)情況,出現(xiàn)計(jì)劃外事件能夠有條不紊的分析對(duì)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)進(jìn)度影響從而選定調(diào)整策略和調(diào)整方案,做到合理改變相關(guān)的工序搭接關(guān)系和資源投入來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)工期的優(yōu)化調(diào)整,從而達(dá)到快速興建,準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付的目的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the advent of the Internet era. Cloud computing has also evolved from a concept to be easier to understand and more concrete. The development of cloud computing must be based on a strong IDC data center infrastructure as the hardware support for cloud computing business. The rapid development of cloud computing and large-scale applications. The characteristics of IDC data center are that the investment and construction cost is large, the technology is complex, the specialty is many, the operation cost is high, to satisfy the benefit of the investor. Investors put forward higher or more stringent requirements on project duration requirements, project quality requirements and project cost investment control and other aspects. Strive to be able to deliver and generate revenue in the shortest time. The customized data center is based on the standard data center construction standards. Put forward more specific requirements. The concept of customization from the beginning of the design embodied incisively and vividly, but also reserved a certain degree of scalability, for the overall design capability is a test. At the same time. The specific requirements put forward by the customization also put forward higher requirements for the specific implementation plan, which need to formulate individualized programs and plans according to the detailed requirements. This paper is based on the construction of Shenzhen Guanlan brocade customized IDC data center project as the background. The characteristics of customized computer room and the application of schedule management in the construction of IDC data center are analyzed and discussed. It is hoped that some characteristics of the customized computer room construction in the management process can be obtained by controlling the progress of the construction process of the project, so that the rapid construction can be achieved. This paper first describes the concept of IDC data center and the general construction of IDC data center on this basis. The knowledge of project management used in this paper is reviewed, and the theoretical support of this paper is made through the research of domestic and foreign literature. The construction period of the whole project is estimated by WBS decomposition and network diagram. The critical path analysis method is used to find the important control point of the whole project construction in the process of the project construction. Analysis of the factors that may affect the progress of the project in the implementation process and some specific processes and measures to ensure progress; Finally, several typical problems appear in the project are analyzed and summarized. By using the knowledge of project management, the factor analysis and the use of management tools in schedule management. Through the critical path analysis can effectively track and contrast the project construction situation, the occurrence of unplanned events can methodically analyze the impact on the construction progress of the project so as to select the adjustment strategy and adjustment scheme. In order to achieve the goal of rapid construction and timely delivery, the optimal adjustment of time limit can be realized by reasonably changing the relevant procedure overlap relationship and resource input.
