【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)無法滿足人們生產(chǎn)和生活的需求。取而代之的是數(shù)字型的智能數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),嵌入式技術(shù)的發(fā)展為這一領(lǐng)域注入了新的活力,,基于嵌入式技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用而生并且得到了廣泛關(guān)注。本文采用嵌入式微處理器S3C2440作為主控制器,在嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)Linux的支持下,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于嵌入式的無人值守鐵路通信機(jī)房的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),主要完成機(jī)房內(nèi)現(xiàn)場溫度的采集和當(dāng)機(jī)房內(nèi)出現(xiàn)非法入侵時(shí)現(xiàn)場圖像的采集工作。 本文首先給出了基于嵌入式處理器S3C2440的無人值守通信機(jī)房的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的整體設(shè)計(jì)方案,搭建系統(tǒng)開發(fā)所需要的軟硬件平臺(tái)。其次分模塊介紹具體實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能,本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)分為三大模塊:圖像采集模塊、溫度采集模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸模塊。圖像采集部分選用攝像頭OV9650,利用Linux提供的Video4Linux API接口函數(shù)來完成機(jī)房內(nèi)的圖像采集,并通過幀差法原理實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)房內(nèi)運(yùn)動(dòng)目標(biāo)的檢測,最后經(jīng)過圖像格式轉(zhuǎn)換和圖像壓縮,主動(dòng)上傳圖像給監(jiān)控中心。溫度采集模塊選用單總線型數(shù)字傳感器DS18B20,通過DS18B20來監(jiān)測機(jī)房的溫度,當(dāng)機(jī)房內(nèi)溫度超過設(shè)定限制時(shí),主動(dòng)上傳溫度值實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)警功能。網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸采用典型的C/S模式,把采集板S3C2440作為客戶端,把監(jiān)控中心作為服務(wù)器端,通過基于TCP/IP協(xié)議的Socket通信技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶端與服務(wù)器之間的通信。最后,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)測試,所設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)符合了設(shè)計(jì)要求。 本系統(tǒng)采用模塊化的設(shè)計(jì)方法,使得設(shè)計(jì)更加簡潔、高效,具有良好的擴(kuò)展性和易用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional data acquisition system has been unable to meet the needs of people's production and life. Instead, the digital intelligent data acquisition system has been replaced. The development of embedded technology has injected new vitality into this field. The application of data acquisition system based on embedded technology has been widely concerned. In this paper, the embedded microprocessor S3C2440 is used as the main controller. With the support of embedded operating system Linux, a data acquisition system based on embedded unattended railway communication room is designed and implemented. Mainly completes the computer room spot temperature collection and the scene image collection work when the computer room occurs the illegal invasion. In this paper, the whole design of the data acquisition system based on the embedded processor S3C2440 in the unattended communication room is presented. Build the software and hardware platform needed to develop the system. Secondly, the system is divided into three modules: image acquisition module, temperature acquisition module. Network transmission module. The image acquisition part uses the camera OV9650, using the Video4Linux API interface function provided by Linux to complete the image acquisition in the computer room. And through the frame difference method principle to achieve the detection of moving objects in the computer room, finally through the image format conversion and image compression. The single bus digital sensor DS18B20 is used in the temperature acquisition module to monitor the temperature of the computer room through DS18B20, when the temperature in the room exceeds the set limit. The network transmission adopts the typical C / S mode, takes the acquisition board S3C2440 as the client and the monitoring center as the server. The communication between client and server is realized by Socket communication technology based on TCP/IP protocol. Finally, the system is tested and the system meets the design requirements. The system adopts modular design method to make the design more concise, efficient, extensible and easy to use.
