提高桌面3D打印機(jī)效率的研究

【摘要】:目前桌面3D打印機(jī)受到了許多領(lǐng)域的關(guān)注,但由于桌面3D打印機(jī)是通過(guò)逐層累加的方式來(lái)構(gòu)造實(shí)體,所以與傳統(tǒng)的切削加工相比,熔融沉積成型的桌面3D打印機(jī)生產(chǎn)效率較低。為提高桌面3D打印機(jī)的生產(chǎn)效率,提供了一種優(yōu)化零件構(gòu)建時(shí)間的方法。即通過(guò)零件表面采用直徑為0.4 mm的噴嘴進(jìn)行成型加工,填充區(qū)域采用直徑為1.2 mm的噴嘴進(jìn)行成型加工,并與現(xiàn)有單噴頭方法進(jìn)行對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)該方法在保證表面粗糙度不變的前提下能大幅度縮短構(gòu)建時(shí)間。為提高桌面3D打印機(jī)效率提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:At present, desktop 3D printer has been paid attention to in many fields. However, because desktop 3D printer is constructed by layer by layer, it is compared with traditional cutting process. In order to improve the productivity of desktop 3D printer, the production efficiency of molten deposition molding desktop 3D printer is low. This paper provides a method for optimizing the construction time of parts, that is, the nozzle with diameter 0.4 mm is used to form the surface of the part, and the nozzle with 1.2 mm diameter is used for forming the filling area. Compared with the existing single nozzle method, it is found that this method can greatly shorten the construction time without changing the surface roughness, which provides a new way to improve the efficiency of desktop 3D printer.
