【摘要】:乳腺癌是威脅女性健康和生命的主要惡性腫瘤之一,居婦女各類惡性腫瘤死亡率的首位。近年來,無創(chuàng)傷的影像學檢查作為早期乳腺癌的重要診斷依據(jù)和二級預防措施,以其準確性、靈敏性、便捷性及可重復性等優(yōu)勢,可廣泛應用于女性乳腺癌篩查工作中。正確的早期乳腺癌診斷和綜合治療對有效實施手術切除病灶,提高患者遠期生存率和降低死亡率有著特殊的意義;谶@一共識已經(jīng)吸引了眾多學者關注到基于影像學檢查的乳腺癌早期診斷的研究中,其中微波乳腺癌檢測技術作為一種無損非侵入性的檢測方式逐漸成為熱點。 隨著科技的進步和人們醫(yī)療保健意識的不斷增強,在今天,已有越來越多的高科技手段運用到醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)的設計當中,特別是便攜式醫(yī)療電子設備尤其需要利用先進的嵌入式系統(tǒng)和集成電路的等技術來實現(xiàn)智能化、小型化、低功耗、高分辨率等目標。 本文的研究課題屬于上海市科學技術發(fā)展基金基礎重點資助項目——乳腺癌超短脈沖(微波)近場成像方法和早期乳腺癌診斷方法研究(項目編號08JC1409200)的一部分;谇度胧絃inux系統(tǒng)和Qt圖形界面庫開發(fā)便攜式乳腺癌顯示終端,其智能化、高畫質(zhì)、低成本的設備特點可用于醫(yī)院、家庭和其他非醫(yī)院環(huán)境,可作為早期預防手段提供早診治的信息,具有對人體最小干預(無創(chuàng)/微創(chuàng))的特點,對提高早期乳腺癌的檢出,降低死亡率意義深遠。 本文首先基于項目前期研究闡述了BRATUMASS系統(tǒng)的探測原理及其系統(tǒng)構成,引出成像顯示終端的設計;通過對顯示終端的功能需求分析,綜合考慮其軟硬件平臺的實現(xiàn),確定基于OMAP3530-MINI開發(fā)板,嵌入式Linux操作系統(tǒng)和Qt/Embedded圖形界面庫搭建系統(tǒng)軟硬件開發(fā)環(huán)境。在此基礎上,概述了嵌入式軟件開發(fā)模式,即宿主機-目標機模式;詳細闡述嵌入式軟件宿主機開發(fā)環(huán)境和目標板開發(fā)環(huán)境的搭建過程。 最后概要介紹了顯示終端軟件功能模塊的框架結構;提出技術實現(xiàn)的難點,并就成像算法、Qt的核心機制——信號與槽機制、繪圖引擎實現(xiàn)等關鍵技術做了說明;重點分析了基于Qt圖形化視圖框架的乳腺癌顯示終端軟件的開發(fā),詳細介紹各功能模塊的設計,最后展示了系統(tǒng)設計的效果。 通過病例的成像結果顯示,本系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)了基于嵌入式Linux系統(tǒng)的微波乳腺癌檢測顯示終端,其成像輸出能夠準確發(fā)現(xiàn)可疑病灶點。還可通過后續(xù)數(shù)據(jù)庫和網(wǎng)絡接入技術開發(fā)達,進一步實現(xiàn)遠程醫(yī)療。
[Abstract]:Breast cancer is one of the main malignant tumors threatening the health and life of women. As an important diagnostic basis and secondary preventive measure of early breast cancer, non-invasive imaging examination has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, convenience and repeatability. It can be widely used in the screening of female breast cancer. The correct diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of early breast cancer are effective in the surgical resection of lesions. It is of special significance to improve the long-term survival rate and reduce mortality. Based on this consensus, many scholars have paid close attention to the early diagnosis of breast cancer based on imaging examination. Microwave breast cancer detection technology as a non-invasive detection method has gradually become a hot spot. With the progress of science and technology and the increasing awareness of medical care, today, more and more high-tech means have been applied to the design of medical system. In particular, portable medical electronic devices need to use advanced embedded systems and integrated circuits to achieve the goals of intelligence, miniaturization, low power consumption and high resolution. The research topic of this paper belongs to the key project of Shanghai Science and Technology Development Fundation--Breast Cancer Ultra-short Pulse (Microwave) Near-field Imaging method and early Breast Cancer diagnosis method (. Project number 08JC1409200. Based on embedded Linux system and QT graphical interface library, a portable breast cancer display terminal is developed. Its intelligent, high quality, low cost equipment features can be used in hospitals, families and other non-hospital environments, can be used as an early preventive means to provide early diagnosis and treatment information. It has the characteristics of minimal intervention (noninvasive / minimally invasive) to improve the detection of early breast cancer and reduce mortality. In this paper, the detection principle and system structure of BRATUMASS system are expounded based on the previous research, and the design of imaging display terminal is introduced. By analyzing the functional requirements of the display terminal and considering the implementation of its hardware and software platform, the development board based on OMAP3530-MINI is determined. The software and hardware development environment of embedded Linux operating system and Qt/Embedded graphical interface library is built. On this basis, the development mode of embedded software is summarized. That is, host-target machine mode; The building process of embedded software host development environment and target board development environment is described in detail. Finally, the frame structure of the display terminal software function module is introduced briefly. The key technologies of imaging algorithm QT, such as signal and slot mechanism, drawing engine implementation, etc., are presented. The development of breast cancer display terminal software based on QT graphical view frame is analyzed, and the design of each function module is introduced in detail. Finally, the effect of system design is shown. Through the case imaging results, the system realized the microwave breast cancer detection and display terminal based on embedded Linux system. Its imaging output can accurately detect suspicious focus points and can be developed through subsequent database and network access technology to further realize telemedicine.
