中職學(xué)校計算機(jī)專業(yè)“雙師型”教師的培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化使社會對人才的需求日趨多樣化、多層次化、特別是對各類職業(yè)技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才的需求尤為迫切。面對新的形勢,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校所培養(yǎng)的人才要想適應(yīng)我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展及職業(yè)教育大發(fā)展的雙重需要,關(guān)鍵的措施之一就是必須要加大雙師型師資隊伍建設(shè)的力度。尤其是目前信息技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的今天,計算機(jī)專業(yè)專業(yè)雙師型教師的培養(yǎng)應(yīng)放在十分重要的位置,使現(xiàn)有的教師適應(yīng)計算機(jī)實踐性教學(xué)的需要,盡快培養(yǎng)出適應(yīng)我國市場經(jīng)濟(jì)需求的新型計算機(jī)應(yīng)用型人才 本文綜合運用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法以及問卷調(diào)查法對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)專業(yè)雙師型教師培養(yǎng)問題進(jìn)行了全面細(xì)致的研究。本研究劃分為五部分。第一部分導(dǎo)論,闡述了本論題的選題背景,同時對相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜述,對研究思路、方法、意義進(jìn)行了介紹,對相關(guān)的概念進(jìn)行了界定,為本文進(jìn)一步研究奠定了基礎(chǔ);第二部分以長沙市四所中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)專業(yè)教師雙師型現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析所得數(shù)據(jù)為支撐,歸納總結(jié)出中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)專業(yè)教師雙師型現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題;第三部分,論文從內(nèi)外部因素探究了致使中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)專業(yè)雙師型教師問題出現(xiàn)的原因;第四部分提出了中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)專業(yè)雙師型教師培養(yǎng)策略;第五部分是全文的總結(jié)部分。 筆者對中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)專業(yè)雙師型教師培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行研究,一方面有助于有利于引導(dǎo)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)“雙師型”師資隊伍建設(shè),為中等職業(yè)學(xué)校計算機(jī)“雙師型”教師的發(fā)展提供理論上的指導(dǎo),進(jìn)一步完善我國中等職業(yè)學(xué)�!半p師型”教師培養(yǎng)體系,進(jìn)而助力我國職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,另一方面有助于解決計算機(jī)“雙師型”教師培養(yǎng)過程中遇到的問題,有助于“雙師型”教師隊伍建設(shè)進(jìn)而培養(yǎng)更多的計算機(jī)實用性人才。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization makes the social demand for talents increasingly diversified and multi-level, especially for all kinds of vocational and technical applied talents, especially the urgent need. Facing the new situation. The talents trained in secondary vocational schools should adapt to the dual needs of the development of market economy and the great development of vocational education in our country. One of the key measures is to strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers, especially with the rapid development of information technology today, the cultivation of double-qualified teachers in computer specialty should be placed in a very important position. To make the existing teachers adapt to the needs of computer practical teaching, and to train new computer applied talents to meet the needs of market economy in our country as soon as possible. This paper synthetically applies the method of literature and materials. Interview method and questionnaire survey method to secondary vocational school computer major double-qualified teacher training problem has carried on the comprehensive and meticulous research. This research divides into five parts. The first part is the introduction. This paper expounds the background of the topic, summarizes the relevant research literature, introduces the ideas, methods and significance of the research, defines the related concepts, and lays a foundation for the further study of this paper. The second part is based on the data obtained from the investigation and analysis of the current situation of computer teachers in four secondary vocational schools in Changsha, and summarizes the current situation and existing problems of computer teachers in secondary vocational schools. In the third part, the paper explores the causes of the problem of double-qualified teachers of computer major in secondary vocational schools from internal and external factors. Part 4th puts forward the training strategy of double-qualified teachers of computer major in secondary vocational schools; Part 5th is a summary of the full text. The author studies the cultivation of double-qualified teachers of computer major in secondary vocational schools, which on the one hand helps to guide the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools. It provides theoretical guidance for the development of computer "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools, further improves the training system of "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools, and then helps the development of vocational education in our country. On the other hand, it is helpful to solve the problems encountered in the training process of computer "double qualified" teachers, and to help the construction of "double qualified" teachers and to train more practical computer talents.
