【摘要】：近年來(lái)隨著越來(lái)越多的服務(wù)和應(yīng)用遷至云端運(yùn)行,云服務(wù)提供商不得不擴(kuò)大云數(shù)據(jù)中心的規(guī)模。大規(guī)模的數(shù)據(jù)中心不僅消耗巨大的電能,同時(shí)釋放的大量二氧化碳也會(huì)對(duì)全球氣候造成一定的影響。因此,近年來(lái)數(shù)據(jù)中心節(jié)能技術(shù)受到了各界的廣泛關(guān)注和研究。為保證云服務(wù)提供商自身的利益和云用戶(hù)的滿(mǎn)意度,用戶(hù)在使用云服務(wù)時(shí)需要和云服務(wù)提供商簽訂服務(wù)等級(jí)協(xié)議(SLA,Service-level Agreement)。本文主要研究如何在保證盡量不違反SLA協(xié)議的前提下通過(guò)對(duì)虛擬機(jī)的合理調(diào)度達(dá)到數(shù)據(jù)中心節(jié)能的目的。為研究如何降低數(shù)據(jù)中心能耗,本文首先分析了虛擬機(jī)調(diào)度的系統(tǒng)模型,分析了虛擬機(jī)調(diào)度中待遷移虛擬機(jī)的選取及放置問(wèn)題的數(shù)學(xué)模型,分析了云數(shù)據(jù)中心中單臺(tái)服務(wù)器的能耗模型及虛擬機(jī)遷移過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的能耗開(kāi)銷(xiāo)和由于違反SLA所帶來(lái)的開(kāi)銷(xiāo),得出通過(guò)設(shè)置合理的CPU使用率閾值,可以有效降低總開(kāi)銷(xiāo)。在本文的第四部分,我們分析了使用靜態(tài)閾值和動(dòng)態(tài)自適應(yīng)閾值檢測(cè)過(guò)載服務(wù)器的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)及適用場(chǎng)景;分析了貪心算法選擇待遷移虛擬機(jī)集合的缺點(diǎn)并提出了基于動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃的虛擬機(jī)選擇方法;在待遷移虛擬機(jī)的放置問(wèn)題上,我們分析了基于降序最佳適應(yīng)算法來(lái)解決待遷移虛擬機(jī)放置問(wèn)題的算法,并提出運(yùn)用人工魚(yú)群算法來(lái)解決待遷移虛擬機(jī)放置的方法。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)證明本文所提出的虛擬機(jī)選擇算法和虛擬機(jī)放置算法具有較好的節(jié)能效果,并且能夠保證SLA違反率在可接受范圍內(nèi)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with more and more services and applications moving to the cloud, cloud service providers have to expand the scale of cloud data centers. The amount of carbon dioxide released at the same time will also have an impact on the global climate. In recent years, data center energy-saving technology has been widely concerned and studied. In order to ensure cloud service providers' own interests and cloud users' satisfaction. Users need to sign a service level agreement (SLA) with the cloud service provider when using the cloud service. Service-level agreements). This paper mainly studies how to achieve the goal of data center energy saving by reasonable scheduling of virtual machine without violating SLA protocol as far as possible, and how to reduce the energy consumption of data center in order to study how to reduce the energy consumption of data center. This paper first analyzes the system model of virtual machine scheduling, and analyzes the mathematical model of the selection and placement of the virtual machine to be migrated in the virtual machine scheduling. The energy consumption model of a single server in the cloud data center, the energy consumption incurred during the migration of virtual machine and the overhead caused by violating SLA are analyzed, and the reasonable threshold of CPU utilization is obtained. In the 4th part of this paper, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using static threshold and dynamic adaptive threshold to detect overload server. The shortcomings of greedy algorithm in selecting the set of virtual machines to be migrated are analyzed and a dynamic programming based virtual machine selection method is proposed. On the placement of virtual machines to be migrated, we analyze the algorithm based on descending optimal adaptation algorithm to solve the problem of virtual machines to be migrated. An artificial fish swarm algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of virtual machine placement. Experiments show that the virtual machine selection algorithm and virtual machine placement algorithm proposed in this paper have a good energy-saving effect. And can ensure that the SLA violation rate is within acceptable range.
