【摘要】：隨著計算機技術(shù)和大功率開關(guān)器件制造技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展，變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)以其低功耗、高效率等顯著優(yōu)點在民用領(lǐng)域、工業(yè)領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。嵌入式系統(tǒng)具有體積小、功耗低、成本低、性能高等突出特征，采用嵌入式系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)變頻調(diào)速功能，將成為變頻調(diào)速領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展趨勢，其具備實時性好、可靠性高、性能強大等優(yōu)點。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，對于實時監(jiān)控與遠程操作的需求也越來越廣泛，因此研究帶有以太網(wǎng)控制接口的嵌入式變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)具有重要的應(yīng)用價值與科學意義。 本文對嵌入式變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)過程以及軟硬件設(shè)計進行了詳細的描述。首先本文介紹了嵌入式變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的硬件組成，選取LPC2292微處理器為系統(tǒng)的控制核心；其次，介紹了構(gòu)建嵌入式系統(tǒng)uClinux的具體開發(fā)步驟與程序；然后給出了本文脈寬調(diào)制系統(tǒng)硬件電路設(shè)計及外圍驅(qū)動電路，并介紹了相應(yīng)的嵌入式系統(tǒng)Linux下的脈寬調(diào)制系統(tǒng)的驅(qū)動程序和應(yīng)用程序；最后，，在LPC2292+uClinux系統(tǒng)平臺開發(fā)出以太網(wǎng)控制器接口。將本文設(shè)計的嵌入式調(diào)頻系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用到異步電機變頻調(diào)速領(lǐng)域，實驗結(jié)果表明本系統(tǒng)運行性能良好，能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)了對異步電機的實時變頻調(diào)速控制。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer technology and high-power switch device manufacturing technology, the frequency conversion speed control system is in the civil field because of its low power consumption, high efficiency and other remarkable advantages. The embedded system has many outstanding features such as small size, low power consumption, low cost, high performance and so on. With the development of network technology, the demand for real-time monitoring and remote operation is more and more extensive. Therefore, it has important application value and scientific significance to study the embedded frequency conversion speed control system with Ethernet control interface. This paper describes the development process and hardware and software design of the embedded variable frequency speed control system in detail. Firstly, this paper introduces the hardware composition of the embedded frequency control system. LPC2292 microprocessor is chosen as the control core of the system. Secondly, the development steps and programs of constructing embedded system uClinux are introduced. Then the hardware circuit design and peripheral drive circuit of the pulse width modulation system are given, and the driver and application program of the pulse width modulation system under the embedded system Linux are introduced. Finally, the Ethernet controller interface is developed on the platform of LPC2292 uClinux. The embedded frequency modulation system designed in this paper is applied to the field of frequency conversion and speed regulation of asynchronous motor. The experimental results show that the system has good performance and can realize the real-time variable-frequency speed control of asynchronous motor.
