【摘要】:無線監(jiān)控終端儀表具有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景,在各種行業(yè)中都占有重要的位置,越來越多的領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用到以單片機為控制核心,用液晶顯示作為顯示終端的數(shù)字化控制設(shè)備,通過單片機對被控對象進行智能處理。 本設(shè)計是從降低開發(fā)成本、擴大適用范圍、提高系統(tǒng)運行的穩(wěn)定性和可靠性的設(shè)計目的出發(fā),采用MSP430F149單片機為控制核心進行信號的采集,,并顯示在LCD液晶屏上,最終實現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、顯示和GSM(Global System for Mobile Communications)無線通信。本文重點闡述了系統(tǒng)的硬件構(gòu)成和軟件程序的設(shè)計過程。其中硬件構(gòu)成有電源及復(fù)位模塊、采集模塊、顯示模塊,無線模塊等。 MSP430F149是一種16位內(nèi)含F(xiàn)LASH型芯片的單片機,具有高速運算、開發(fā)設(shè)備簡便、可現(xiàn)場編程等特點,這給控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計帶來了極大的便利性。各個模塊的電路原理圖與PCB圖由Protel軟件來設(shè)計完成。 經(jīng)過調(diào)試的結(jié)果表明該設(shè)計方案可行,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)供水網(wǎng)管壓力檢測采集和無線傳輸功能。
[Abstract]:The wireless monitoring terminal instrument has wide application prospect , occupies an important position in various industries , and more and more fields are applied to the digital control equipment taking the single chip microcomputer as the control core , and the liquid crystal display is used as the display terminal , and the controlled object is intelligently processed through the single chip microcomputer . The design aims to reduce the development cost , expand the application range , improve the stability and reliability of the system operation , and display the signal acquisition , display and GSM ( Global System for Mobile Communications ) wireless communication on the LCD liquid crystal screen . The hardware structure of the system and the design process of the software program are described . The hardware is composed of power supply and reset module , acquisition module , display module , wireless module , etc . MSP 430F149 is a 16 - bit MCU with FLASH - type chip . It has the characteristics of high - speed operation , simple and convenient development , field programming and so on . It brings great convenience to the design of the control system . The circuit schematic diagram and PCB diagram of each module are designed by Protel software . The results show that the design scheme is feasible , and the water supply network pipe pressure detection and acquisition and wireless transmission function can be realized .
