【摘要】:在本文中,,針對綿陽市氣象局自身的實際需求,結(jié)合綿陽市本地的氣象歷史數(shù)據(jù),設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一套雷達數(shù)據(jù)信息化系統(tǒng),其主要功能包括:雷達產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的實時提;雷達基數(shù)據(jù)、產(chǎn)品和基數(shù)據(jù)文件網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點存儲,并能夠以一天作為基本單位來壓縮數(shù)據(jù)文件;以本地氣象歷史數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),使用WEKA作為數(shù)據(jù)挖掘工具,推導(dǎo)并建立了關(guān)鍵氣象產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)與實際降雨等級之間的分類規(guī)則,在雷達產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的實時提取之后,通過該模型可以立即初步判斷該站點當前的降雨等級,可以為綿陽市的防汛抗災(zāi)做出一定的貢獻;在已經(jīng)提取的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)上,實現(xiàn)了查詢系統(tǒng),其主要功能為查詢已經(jīng)獲取的天氣歷史數(shù)據(jù),并能夠從網(wǎng)絡(luò)存儲節(jié)點上將存儲的歷史天氣資料壓縮文件提取到本地工作目錄下,供用戶進一步操作;查詢子系統(tǒng)還提供了專門的監(jiān)測窗口,可以定時刷新最新的雷達產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)以及判定的降雨等級,可根據(jù)等級的不同采用不同的色彩配置醒目顯示;此外,查詢系統(tǒng)還提供了對站點的管理、重點監(jiān)測站點的設(shè)置等輔助功能。本系統(tǒng)針對實際需求,能夠有效地為綿陽市氣象局內(nèi)部的信息化建設(shè)做出應(yīng)有的貢獻。同時,這也是綿陽市氣象局內(nèi)部首次嘗試對雷達數(shù)據(jù)進行深入的挖掘和應(yīng)用,通過對實際工作經(jīng)驗的總結(jié)和已有資料的分析,確定了4個關(guān)鍵雷達產(chǎn)品,分別是:回波項高、1小時估測降水量、組合反射率因子和液態(tài)含水量,力圖通過這些關(guān)鍵的雷達產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù),對綿陽市最為常見的極端天氣過程-暴雨進行實時的預(yù)估分類,這是對新一代氣象雷達所產(chǎn)生數(shù)據(jù)的較為深入應(yīng)用。本系統(tǒng)還解決了以往氣象局內(nèi)部由于雷達數(shù)據(jù)文件累計量巨大而無法有效管理的弊病,通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點存儲的方式,為歷史氣象數(shù)據(jù)的存儲和管理提供了一條科學(xué)的道路,這對于氣象局內(nèi)部的氣象歷史數(shù)據(jù)管理方式有著非常大的影響。通過解析得到并保存到數(shù)據(jù)庫中的雷達產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù),不僅可以用于降雨量的預(yù)估分類,還可以為日后的進一步天氣過程分析提供有力的依據(jù)。最后,本系統(tǒng)通過監(jiān)控的方式,可以為用戶提供關(guān)鍵產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)與預(yù)判降水量等級等信息,這解決了以往雷達數(shù)據(jù)與降雨等天氣現(xiàn)象無直接關(guān)聯(lián)的問題,能夠為綿陽市防汛抗災(zāi)提供一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, according to the actual needs of the Mianyang Meteorological Bureau of Mianyang city itself, combined with the local meteorological history data, the design and implementation of a radar data information system, its main functions include: real-time extraction of Radar Product data; radar data, products and base of network nodes, according to the documents, and be able to one day as the basic unit to compress the data file to the local weather; based on historical data, the use of WEKA as a data mining tool, establishes the classification rules between key meteorological data and actual rainfall grade products are deduced and, after the real-time extraction of radar data, the model can immediately preliminary judgment of the current site rainfall grade, can Mianyang city flood control and disaster make a contribution; in the product data base has been extracted, the realization of the query system, its main function is to query has been The historical weather data acquisition, and can compress the file from the network storage node will store the historical weather data to extract the local working directory, for further user operation; query sub system also provides a special monitoring window, can refresh the radar products the latest data and rainfall grade evaluation, according to the level of the use different color configuration different eye-catching display; in addition, the system also provides a query to the site management, setting auxiliary functions such as key monitoring sites. This system according to the actual demand, can effectively contribute to the informatization construction within the Mianyang Municipal Meteorological Bureau. At the same time, this is also the Mianyang Municipal Meteorological Bureau within the first attempt mining and application of in-depth analysis of radar data, based on the practical experience and the existing information, identified 4 key points of radar products Don't be a high echo: 1 hours, precipitation estimation, reflectivity factor and liquid water content, through the data of these key radar products, in Mianyang, the most common extreme weather - rain forecast classification in real time, this is the in-depth application of new generation weather radar data. This system also solves the defects due to Meteorological Bureau internal radar data file and cannot effectively accumulated huge amount of management, through the network node storage mode and provides a scientific way for the storage and management of historical meteorological data, has a very large impact on the internal Meteorological Bureau meteorological history data management. By analyzing the obtained and saved to the radar data in the database, not only can be used for prediction of rainfall classification, can also provide a strong basis for the further analysis of the day after the weather process According to this system. Finally, by monitoring the way information can provide users with key product data and predict the precipitation grade, which solves the radar data and rainfall and other weather phenomena are not directly related to the problem, provide a scientific basis for the Mianyang city flood disaster.
