【摘要】:目前,視頻監(jiān)控以其直觀、方便、內(nèi)容信息豐富而被廣泛應(yīng)用于交通、城市安防、工業(yè)、國防等多種領(lǐng)域。傳統(tǒng)的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)基于奈奎斯特采樣定理進(jìn)行視頻信號(hào)的采集,然后采用MPEG、H.26X系列算法對(duì)視頻圖像進(jìn)行壓縮,導(dǎo)致信息采集數(shù)據(jù)量大,視頻壓縮算法復(fù)雜,給視頻信號(hào)存儲(chǔ)、壓縮和傳輸帶來了困難。另一方面,傳統(tǒng)的視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)大多采用在PC機(jī)上安裝視頻采集卡和通信接口來進(jìn)行視頻信號(hào)的壓縮和傳輸,存在體積龐大,結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,價(jià)格昂貴,施工布線復(fù)雜等缺點(diǎn)。對(duì)此,本文在深入研究壓縮感知視頻編解碼算法,ARM嵌入式體系結(jié)構(gòu)和Linux操作系統(tǒng)移植的基礎(chǔ)上,將壓縮感知視頻編碼算法與ARM嵌入式開發(fā)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,,實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于壓縮感知的ARM嵌入式視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),一定程度上克服了傳統(tǒng)視頻監(jiān)控帶來的缺陷。 本論文主要工作和成果如下: 1)詳細(xì)研究并討論了具有低復(fù)雜度編碼特性的分布式壓縮感知理論基礎(chǔ),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于殘差分布式視頻壓縮感知算法,并用實(shí)驗(yàn)仿真驗(yàn)證了算法的有效性。 2)深入研究了ARM嵌入式平臺(tái)的軟硬件技術(shù),將壓縮感知算法與ARM嵌入式相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)了基于壓縮感知算法的ARM嵌入式視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)硬件架構(gòu)和軟件平臺(tái)。 3)詳細(xì)闡述了壓縮感知視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),包括壓縮感知USB攝像頭圖像采集系統(tǒng)和驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊軟件設(shè)計(jì),V4L2視頻圖像采集模塊設(shè)計(jì),壓縮感知視頻編碼算法優(yōu)化和移植,本地視頻監(jiān)控存儲(chǔ)實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:At present, the video monitor with its intuitive, convenient, content rich information and is widely used in city traffic, security, industrial, defense and other fields. The video surveillance system of traditional Nyquist sampling theorem for video signal acquisition based on, and then using MPEG, H.26X series algorithm to compress the video image, resulting in information collection data large, complex video compression algorithm for video signal storage, compression and transmission difficult. On the other hand, the traditional video monitoring system mostly adopts the installation of video capture card and communication interface in the PC machine to carry out video signal compression and transmission, huge volume, complicated structure, expensive, complex wiring construction defects in this regard, based on the in-depth study of compressed sensing video codec algorithm, ARM based transplantation of embedded system and Linux operating system, the compressed sensing video encoding Combined with ARM embedded development technology, the ARM embedded video surveillance system based on compressed sensing is implemented, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional video surveillance to a certain extent.
The main work and results of this paper are as follows:
1) the theory of distributed compressed sensing with low complexity coding is studied and discussed in detail. Based on it, a distributed video compressed sensing algorithm based on residual is proposed, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by experimental simulation.
2) deeply studied the software and hardware technology of ARM embedded platform, combined the compressed sensing algorithm with ARM embedded technology, designed the hardware architecture and software platform of ARM embedded video monitoring system based on compressed sensing algorithm.
3) details the key technology of compressed sensing in video monitoring system, including the perception of USB camera image acquisition system and module software design, design of video image acquisition module V4L2, compressed sensing video encoding optimization algorithm and transplantation, local video surveillance storage.
