【摘要】：隨著新一輪的信息技術(shù)革命，計算機技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展時刻影響著人們的生活。電力終端作為一種計算機技術(shù)的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)日漸普及，結(jié)合強大電費收繳平臺系統(tǒng)，，能幫助客戶建立一整套電力繳費方案。但是現(xiàn)有終端不能在實際使用中智能化操作，設(shè)計也不夠人性化，故有很大的研究價值與應(yīng)用價值。 條形碼技術(shù)是信息技術(shù)里面的一個重要應(yīng)用，二維條形碼識別技術(shù)能實現(xiàn)電力終端里的自動輸入和識別，該技術(shù)集成了圖形編碼技術(shù)、計算機圖像處理技術(shù)、模式識別技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)、光信號識別和處理技術(shù)等重要方法。對電力繳費終端的實際推廣普及有很大的促進作用，將成為終端設(shè)備的一種發(fā)展趨勢。 本論文提出了一種基于QR二維條形碼技術(shù)的電力繳費終端。文中首先介紹了二維條形碼技術(shù)的發(fā)展和起源，在國內(nèi)外的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，描述了該系統(tǒng)中實際應(yīng)用過程中所面臨的特殊困難和問題；然后詳細(xì)介紹了QR二維條形碼以及規(guī)范，對二維條形碼的編碼、解碼、糾錯做了系統(tǒng)的闡述；接著介紹了系統(tǒng)的硬件環(huán)境、軟件設(shè)計、系統(tǒng)框架等，說明了整個系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)與構(gòu)架，詳細(xì)解釋了設(shè)計的實現(xiàn)方案；其后詳細(xì)說明在復(fù)雜情況下對條形碼的識別技術(shù)，分為設(shè)計原理、算法理論、詳細(xì)處理過程，該處理過程又包括了處理過程中的二值化處理、濾波處理、邊緣提取處理、圖像定位技術(shù)、圖像旋轉(zhuǎn)技術(shù)等等，并用MATLAB做了詳細(xì)的仿真說明；最后詳細(xì)介紹了電力終端實際應(yīng)用情況以及算法在智能終端上的實現(xiàn)，對系統(tǒng)的實現(xiàn)做了具體的驗證，取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the new information technology revolution, the rapid development of computer technology affects people's lives. As a kind of computer technology, the application of power terminal has become more and more popular, combined with a powerful electricity collection platform system. It can help customers to set up a whole set of electricity payment scheme. But the existing terminal can not be operated intelligently in actual use and the design is not humanized, so it has great research value and application value. Bar code technology is an important application in information technology. Two-dimensional bar code recognition technology can realize automatic input and recognition in power terminal. This technology integrates graphics coding technology and computer image processing technology. The important methods such as pattern recognition technology, communication technology, optical signal recognition and processing technology will greatly promote the popularization of electric power payment terminal, and will become a kind of development trend of terminal equipment. In this paper, a kind of electricity payment terminal based on QR two-dimensional bar code technology is proposed. Firstly, the development and origin of two-dimensional bar code technology are introduced, and the research and application status at home and abroad are introduced. The special difficulties and problems in the practical application of the system are described. Then the QR two-dimensional bar code and its specification are introduced in detail, and the coding, decoding and error correcting of the two-dimensional bar code are described systematically. Then introduced the hardware environment, software design, system framework and so on, explained the whole system design foundation and framework, explained the design realization plan in detail; After that, the recognition technology of bar code in complex cases is described in detail, which is divided into design principle, algorithm theory and detailed processing process. The processing process includes binary processing and filtering processing in the process of processing. Edge extraction technology, image location technology, image rotation technology and so on, and detailed simulation with MATLAB; Finally, the practical application of the power terminal and the realization of the algorithm on the intelligent terminal are introduced in detail. The realization of the system is verified in detail, and good results are obtained.
