【摘要】:遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控是工業(yè)自動(dòng)化控制的重要應(yīng)用形式,在能源、汽車(chē)、航空航天等很多領(lǐng)域具有廣泛的應(yīng)用。網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊是遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)中的核心部件,可靠和穩(wěn)定的網(wǎng)關(guān)模塊對(duì)于提高遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的整體功能具有非常重要的意義。 本文針對(duì)作者所在小組研發(fā)的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控網(wǎng)關(guān)中的軟件模塊進(jìn)行分析與設(shè)計(jì),主要研究和實(shí)現(xiàn)了以下幾方面內(nèi)容: (1).在分析ARM平臺(tái)、嵌入式操作系統(tǒng)和GSM系統(tǒng)相關(guān)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,完成了基于ARM7TDMI內(nèi)核的S3C44B0的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控網(wǎng)關(guān)的總體設(shè)計(jì)工作,制定了遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控網(wǎng)關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程的技術(shù)路線(xiàn)。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)的要求,移植了適合本系統(tǒng)的bootloader,對(duì)uclinux內(nèi)核進(jìn)行了裁剪。 (2).根據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)程序的特點(diǎn)及遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的要求,,本文分別對(duì)監(jiān)控網(wǎng)關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)中的顯示模塊、語(yǔ)言模塊及鍵盤(pán)模塊的硬件驅(qū)動(dòng)程序進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā),并對(duì)在實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中的中斷進(jìn)行了較為詳盡的說(shuō)明、處理和相應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)。 (3).在對(duì)硬件進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析及設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)控網(wǎng)關(guān)軟件模塊的主程序、液晶子菜單查詢(xún)子程序、接線(xiàn)程序、語(yǔ)音錄放子程序及GSM模塊進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn),通過(guò)實(shí)現(xiàn)各子模塊的功能,達(dá)到本設(shè)計(jì)的所有功能和要求。 通過(guò)對(duì)本文設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行調(diào)試和測(cè)試表明,各硬件工作性能可靠,軟件程序運(yùn)行也穩(wěn)定,驗(yàn)證了本文設(shè)計(jì)方案和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法的正確性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Remote monitoring is an important application form of industrial automation control. It is widely used in many fields such as energy, automobile, aerospace and so on. Gateway module is the core component of remote monitoring system. Reliable and stable gateway module is very important to improve the whole function of remote monitoring system. This paper analyzes and designs the software module of the remote monitoring gateway developed by the author, and mainly studies and implements the following aspects: Based on the analysis of ARM platform, embedded operating system and GSM system related technology. The overall design of the remote monitoring gateway based on the ARM7TDMI kernel S3C44B0 is completed, and the technical route of the realization process of the remote monitoring gateway is worked out, according to the requirements of the overall design of the system. The bootloader suitable for this system is transplanted and the uclinux kernel is clipped. According to the characteristics of the driver and the requirements in the design process of the remote monitoring gateway, the display modules in the design of the monitoring gateway are respectively discussed in this paper. The hardware driver of the language module and the keyboard module is designed and developed, and the interrupt in the process of implementation is explained, handled and designed in detail. Based on the detailed analysis and design of the hardware, this paper focuses on the main program of the remote monitoring gateway software module, the sub-menu query subprogram of LCD, and the wiring program. The speech recording and playback subroutine and GSM module are designed and implemented. By realizing the functions of each sub-module, all the functions and requirements of this design are achieved. Through the debugging and testing of the system designed in this paper, it is shown that the hardware performance is reliable and the software program is running stably. The correctness and feasibility of the design scheme and the implementation method are verified.
