【摘要】:隨著人們生活質(zhì)量的不斷提高,中國(guó)逐步進(jìn)入老齡化社會(huì),使用助聽器的聽力損失患者越來越多。目前國(guó)內(nèi)盒式機(jī)市場(chǎng)主要被低端模擬機(jī)所占領(lǐng),數(shù)字產(chǎn)品寥寥無幾,因此,論文設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于DSP的盒式數(shù)字助聽器系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了低成本、功耗低、失真小、可調(diào)性強(qiáng)的高性能數(shù)字盒式機(jī),具有較高的實(shí)用價(jià)值和廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。 盒式數(shù)字助聽器系統(tǒng)以數(shù)字DSP芯片為微處理器,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)輸入音源的降噪處理以及寬動(dòng)態(tài)范圍壓縮,使之在保證語(yǔ)音的清晰度、自然度的條件下,輸出達(dá)到不同聽力損失患者的聽閾范圍的語(yǔ)音信號(hào)的系統(tǒng)。論文對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)盒式機(jī)市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)研和測(cè)試,按照市場(chǎng)主流產(chǎn)品的功能,設(shè)計(jì)了基于BR261及BS300的兩種數(shù)字芯片的盒式助聽器系統(tǒng)方案。硬件設(shè)計(jì)按照模塊設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)驗(yàn)分析、整機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的方案進(jìn)行,通過多次分析對(duì)比試驗(yàn),根據(jù)工作電壓、增益大小等參數(shù)確定EEPROM、MIC等其他器件的型號(hào)及供電方式,確定語(yǔ)音通道與模式輸出方式對(duì)整機(jī)的影響,從而完成整機(jī)的硬件設(shè)計(jì)和修改。 軟件設(shè)計(jì)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)軟件模塊參數(shù)配置,調(diào)試助聽器效果。通過軟硬件的整體調(diào)試,在實(shí)現(xiàn)助聽器基本功能的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行降低電路噪聲及功耗的相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)和改進(jìn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了完全達(dá)到盒式機(jī)產(chǎn)品的行業(yè)要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即達(dá)到了滿檔聲增益50dB,偏差小于±4;最大飽和聲壓級(jí)120dB,偏差小于±4;等效輸入噪聲不大于32dB;總諧波失真在小于1KHz時(shí)小于15%,大于1KHz時(shí)小于10%,工作電流小于10mA,工作電壓最低小于1.5V。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of quality of life, China gradually entered the aging society, more and more patients with hearing loss with hearing aids. The current domestic market is mainly low-end cassette machine simulation machine occupied digital products so scanty, this paper designs a type of digital hearing aid system based on DSP, to realize the low cost and power consumption low, low distortion, high performance digital cassette machine adjustability, has high practical value and broad market prospects.
A digital hearing aid system with digital DSP chip microprocessor to realize the input audio noise reduction and wide dynamic range compression, to ensure the quality of speech, natural conditions, system of speech signal output to different patients with hearing loss of the threshold range. The paper on the current domestic market research and cassette machine according to the test, the function of the market mainstream products, the design of the hearing cassette system scheme two digital chip BR261 and based on BS300. According to the design of hardware module design, experimental analysis, the whole design scheme, through repeated comparison and analysis of test, according to the working voltage, the EEPROM determines the gain size and other parameters, type and power of MIC other devices, to determine the influence of voice channels and the model output of the machine, thus completing the hardware design and modification of the machine.
The software design mainly realizes the configuration of software debugging module parameters, the effect of hearing aid. By debugging of hardware and software, related experiments and improvement to reduce noise and power consumption of the circuit based on the realization of the basic functions of the hearing aid, to achieve a complete product line to cassette machine industry standard, which achieves the full acoustic gain 50dB and the error is less than 4; the maximum saturated level 120dB, deviation is less than 4; the equivalent input noise is not greater than 32dB; the total harmonic distortion is less than 1KHz less than 15%, more than 1KHz less than 10%, the working current is less than 10mA, the minimum working voltage is less than 1.5V.
