    前言：結(jié)合國內(nèi)外實(shí)際環(huán)境系統(tǒng)信息的調(diào)研成果和客戶需求分析以及環(huán)境領(lǐng)域自身的科學(xué)規(guī)律,論述了7種計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)(3S技術(shù)、在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)、模型技術(shù)、多媒體和可視化技術(shù)、人工智能技術(shù)、仿真技術(shù)和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù))在環(huán)境保護(hù)信息系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用前景。具有輔助決策功能的綜合環(huán)境保護(hù)信息系統(tǒng)的主要功能包括:(1)信息獲取與顯示;(2)信息查詢;(3)環(huán)境信息的分析;(4)環(huán)境信息的表達(dá)。用計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境保護(hù)信息系統(tǒng)的主要功能關(guān)鍵問題在于:(1)系統(tǒng)的有效管理;(2)3S技術(shù)與環(huán)境模型的融合和集成;(3)專家系統(tǒng)(ES)與3S技術(shù)的融合;(4)仿真系統(tǒng)與3S技術(shù)的融合;(5)在線監(jiān)測技術(shù)與3S技術(shù)的融合;(6)環(huán)境系統(tǒng)與Intranet/Internet的融合。
