Preparation and Properties of Buildingmaterials from Desulfu

在本研究中,使用脫硫石膏為原料。首先將脫硫石膏樣品磨成粉末,然后過80目的篩子,得到脫硫石膏粉末樣品。對脫硫石膏樣品的基本物理化學屬性進行分析,樣品中主要的物相為二水石膏,化學成分主要為氧化鈣、氧化硫,另外還含有少量的氧化鎂、氧化鐵和氧化鋁等。論文進行了以脫硫石膏為原料制備石膏砌塊的研究。首先將脫硫石膏粉在150℃,170℃,190°和200℃溫度下焙燒1h,1.5h,2.5和3h。通過XRD和SEM表征發(fā)現(xiàn),當焙燒溫度為170℃時,所得樣品的物相為半水石膏;采用標準稠度水試驗法測定了摻加了脫硫石膏的切塊的含水量,最佳的時間為2-3分鐘,終凝時間為45-50分鐘。采用最佳工藝條件制備了 1kg的半水脫硫石膏粉。通過鉆孔機將500g的樣品與70g的水混合攪拌20秒至25秒,并在鋼模中放置5-15分鐘。為了方便脫模,在模具側(cè)面添加少量油。將所制備的脫硫石膏砌塊分別在3種干燥條件下干燥。如:自然(陽光)干燥、室溫下干燥、烘箱中干燥。在自然和室溫干燥過程中,石膏砌塊被保存了3周,而對于烘箱中的干燥,這些塊在烘箱中保存了 24小時。最后對所得到的石膏砌塊進行抗壓和抗折測試,結(jié)果表明自然條件下干燥...
