層狀WS 2 的拉曼張量(英文)

為完善范德瓦爾斯層狀材料有關(guān)于拉曼張量的基本信息,本文采用角分辨偏振拉曼光譜對二硫化鎢的拉曼張量進(jìn)行研究.根據(jù)拉曼選擇定則,我們分析了角分辨拉曼光譜與偏振的依賴關(guān)系,并結(jié)合實驗結(jié)果獲得了面內(nèi)和面外各振動模式的拉曼張量元和與張量元對應(yīng)的微分極化率等信息.實驗結(jié)果表明,截面測試得到的拉曼強(qiáng)度具有偏振依賴性,其中沿c軸振動的A1g模式引起的微分極化率明顯大于E1g和E2g模式,并且A1g模式自身在沿c軸的極化率也較沿a軸或b軸的大.這種通過角分辨偏振拉曼光譜研究拉曼張量的方法對其他范德瓦爾斯層狀材料具有普遍性.
