前言:合成了陰離子乳化劑含量不同的5種聚丙烯酸酯核/殼乳液,分別成膜,用島津AG—A材料試驗(yàn)機(jī),進(jìn)行了5種膜的應(yīng)力松弛試驗(yàn),求出了應(yīng)力松弛模量和應(yīng)力松弛函數(shù).應(yīng)力松弛函數(shù)形式為E=AtB,并討論了成膜厚度對(duì)應(yīng)力松弛數(shù)據(jù)的影響.
Five kinds of polyacrylate core/shell emulsions with different content of anion emulsifier were prepared and dried to films.The stress relaxation of the films was measured by using the AG- 10TA material test machine.The stress relaxation modulus and functions were derived from the data of the stress relaxation.The formula of the stress relaxation is E =AtB,and the influence of the film thickness on the data of the stress relaxation was also determined.
