It is found that gel matrix of in the composites, NiTSPc coexists in the forms of monomer and dimmer, and the NiTSPc dimmer has kind of "face to face" conjugated structure. By means of sol-gel technique, the nickel tetrasulfo_phthalocyanine (NiTSPc) doped silica xerogel composites was studied. The successful encapsulation was checked by the characterized ultraviolet_visual absorption spectra of NiTSPc. It is found that gel matrix of in the composites, NiTSPc coexists in the forms of monomer and dimmer, and the NiTSPc dimmer has kind of "face to face" conjugated structure. The optical limiting effect of the composites was measured at 532 nm with 8ns pulses. The influence of doped concentration and central atom of metal_phthalocyanine(MPc) are discussed. The result shows that the increasing of NiTSPc doped concentration is benefit for the optical limiting effect and the introducing of heavy metal atom in the Pc ring can greatly increase it's optical limiting effect.

采用溶膠 -凝膠濕化學(xué)工藝將不同摻雜濃度的四磺酸酞菁鎳 (NiTSPc)植入二氧化硅凝膠基質(zhì) ,制備了均勻摻雜的復(fù)合干凝膠。通過對復(fù)合干凝膠紫外可見吸收光譜的表征 ,證實了NiTSPc的成功摻雜。發(fā)現(xiàn)NiTSPc同時以單體和二聚體的形式存在于凝膠基質(zhì)中 ,NiTSPc二聚體為面 -面共扼結(jié)構(gòu)。對不同摻雜濃度復(fù)合干凝膠的光限幅性能進行了測試 ,并討論了摻雜濃度和中心金屬離子對復(fù)合材料光限幅性能的影響。結(jié)果表明 ,復(fù)合干凝膠的光限幅性能隨著NiTSPc摻雜濃度的提高而增強 ,酞菁分子中重金屬離子的引入會大大增強酞菁復(fù)合材料的光限幅性能

We report here the study of ArOPcPd doped silica xgel matrix obtained by sol-gel technique.The characterization of the composites were carried out by UV/Vis spectra.It is found that in the composites ArOPcPd mainly existed in the state of monomer.The optical limiting effect of the composites were measured and discussed.

采用溶膠-凝膠(Sol-Gel)濕化學(xué)工藝將酞菁氯鎵(GaPcCl)摻入二氧化硅(SiO2)凝膠玻璃基質(zhì),制備出均勻摻雜的GaPcCl復(fù)合凝膠玻璃,并對復(fù)合體系的紅外光譜(IR)、紫外-可見吸收光譜(UV-Vis)及熒光光譜等譜學(xué)性能進行了測試。結(jié)果表明:GaPcCl的摻雜對凝膠玻璃基質(zhì)的紅外光譜沒有產(chǎn)生顯著影響;摻雜GaPcCl在復(fù)合體系中二聚體吸收峰的強度較其DMF溶液有所增大;摻雜GaPcCl在復(fù)合體系中熒光強度隨濃度的增加遠大于DMF溶液。
