減水劑影響下水泥土力學(xué)與滲透特性研究

【摘要】:為了研究水泥土在外加劑作用下的強(qiáng)度與滲透特性,綜合考慮含水率、水泥摻量、減水劑含量與粉煤灰摻量等因素的影響,基于正交設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行一系列試驗(yàn)研究,得到了齡期為3 d、7 d和28 d時(shí)水泥土的無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度和滲透系數(shù),以及各個(gè)因素對(duì)其影響的規(guī)律,并利用SPSS軟件對(duì)它們之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了擬合。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:這4種因素對(duì)水泥土抗壓強(qiáng)度及滲透系數(shù)影響的主次順序均為:含水率→水泥摻量→減水劑含量→粉煤灰摻量。隨含水率增加,水泥土抗壓強(qiáng)度逐漸降低,滲透系數(shù)不斷增大;而水泥摻量的影響趨勢則與之相反;隨試樣中減水劑含量增加,其抗壓強(qiáng)度和滲透系數(shù)分別呈下開口拋物線和"V"形變化,在實(shí)際工程中需根據(jù)相應(yīng)工程目標(biāo)并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)確定最佳摻入量;在水泥土中摻入適量粉煤灰對(duì)其強(qiáng)度無明顯影響,但是可降低水泥土的滲透性,在齡期較短時(shí)更為顯著。
[Abstract]:In order to study the strength and permeability of cement-soil under the action of admixture, considering the influence of water content, cement content, water reducer content and fly ash content, a series of experiments were carried out based on orthogonal design method.The unconfined compressive strength and permeability coefficient of cement-soil were obtained when the ages were 3 d ~ 7 d and 28 d, and the influence of each factor on them was obtained. The relationship between them was fitted by SPSS software.The experimental results show that the main and secondary order of the influence of these four factors on the compressive strength and permeability coefficient of cement-soil is the content of water content and the content of water reducer and the content of fly ash.With the increase of moisture content, the compressive strength of cement-soil decreases gradually, and the permeability coefficient increases, while the influence trend of cement content is opposite, and the content of water-reducing agent increases with the increase of water reducing agent content in the sample.The compressive strength and permeability coefficient change in the form of parabola and "V", respectively. In actual engineering, the optimum mixing amount should be determined according to the corresponding engineering objectives and combined with field tests, and the addition of proper amount of fly ash to cement soil has no obvious effect on its strength.But it can reduce the permeability of cement soil, and is more obvious in short time.
