【摘要】：本文結(jié)合觸控屏所需的高強(qiáng)型蓋板保護(hù)玻璃產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程,重點(diǎn)綜述了可化學(xué)增強(qiáng)堿鋁硅酸鹽玻璃品種,以溢流和浮法超薄成形工藝為基礎(chǔ),論述了玻璃化學(xué)組成特點(diǎn)及變化趨勢、離子交換工藝變化,提出了以Al_2O_3含量進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品分類的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),定義了低鋁玻璃、中鋁玻璃、高鋁玻璃、超高鋁玻璃4個品種。分別討論了國內(nèi)外不同生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和科研機(jī)構(gòu)在堿鋁硅酸鹽玻璃所做相關(guān)研發(fā)工作,對產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和應(yīng)用方向進(jìn)行了展望,為廣大科研工作者和產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Combined with the development course of high strength cover plate protection glass industry for touch control screen, this paper mainly reviews the chemical reinforced alkali aluminosilicate glass varieties, which are based on overflow and float ultra-thin forming technology.The chemical composition and changing trend of glass and the change of ion exchange process were discussed. The standard of product classification based on Al_2O_3 content was put forward, and four kinds of low aluminum glass, medium aluminum glass, high aluminum glass and super high aluminum glass were defined.The related research and development of alkali aluminosilicate glass by different production enterprises and scientific research institutions at home and abroad are discussed respectively. The development and application of the products are prospected, which can provide reference for scientific research workers and industry development.
