基于VRP的球磨機(jī)虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)仿真系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)依托于計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,借助交互設(shè)備的升級(jí),漸漸走入了人們的生活。虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)旨在創(chuàng)建亦幻亦真的虛擬環(huán)境,要求使用戶身處其中時(shí)不僅僅能被動(dòng)的接收信息,更能與場(chǎng)景中的元素產(chǎn)生互動(dòng)。伴隨著科技發(fā)展的日新月異,機(jī)械研究領(lǐng)域和虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐結(jié)合也越來越多了。經(jīng)過分析虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)的特性,可知其非常適合于應(yīng)用在機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的虛擬裝配和工作狀態(tài)的演示上。球磨機(jī)是一種應(yīng)用極廣的研磨設(shè)備,其產(chǎn)品定位不僅是礦山機(jī)械,在陶瓷制造、生化制藥等方面也存在著大量使用。如果能建立一個(gè)虛擬球磨機(jī)仿真系統(tǒng),那么不論對(duì)于廠家還是用戶來說都是極大的便利。本文使用了VRP虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)編輯器來構(gòu)建球磨機(jī)虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)仿真系統(tǒng),輔助建模工具為3ds Max和SolidWorks,參考了機(jī)械生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)和計(jì)算機(jī)圖形學(xué)技術(shù)。本文涉及的球磨機(jī)仿真系統(tǒng),支持在線使用,也可以離線使用。圍繞著虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)這一主題,在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,重點(diǎn)分析了球磨機(jī)的構(gòu)造和工作狀態(tài),搭建了各零部件的模型,設(shè)置了三維動(dòng)畫,并討論了在VRP中添加各種腳本的方法,最終付諸實(shí)踐。在本文第一章中,簡(jiǎn)述了球磨機(jī)的研究和發(fā)展,討論了國(guó)內(nèi)外虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二章是總體設(shè)計(jì)。第三章討論了如何綜合運(yùn)用當(dāng)前主流的軟件創(chuàng)建虛擬環(huán)境。第四章詳述了三維動(dòng)畫制作步驟。第五章主要講述腳本和控件的添加,即虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)系統(tǒng)搭建的最后一步,討論了一些人機(jī)交互的實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。
[Abstract]:Virtual reality technology relies on the development of computer technology, with the help of the upgrade of interactive devices, it gradually steps into people's life. The requirement that users not only receive information passively, but also interact with the elements of the scene when they are in it. The combination of practice in the field of mechanical research and virtual reality has become more and more. After analyzing the characteristics of virtual reality, The ball mill is a widely used grinding equipment, and its product orientation is not only mine machinery, but also ceramic manufacturing. There's also a lot of use in biochemistry and pharmaceuticals. If you can set up a virtual ball mill simulation system, This paper uses VRP virtual reality editor to build virtual reality simulation system of ball mill. The assistant modeling tools are 3DS Max and SolidWorks, referring to the practical experience of mechanical production and computer graphics technology. The ball mill simulation system mentioned in this paper can be used online as well as offline. In the process of design, the construction and working state of ball mill are analyzed, the models of each part are built, the 3D animation is set up, and the method of adding various scripts in VRP is discussed, and finally put into practice. In the first chapter of this paper, The research and development of ball mill are briefly described. This paper discusses the research status of virtual reality technology at home and abroad. The second chapter is the overall design. The third chapter discusses how to use the current mainstream software to create virtual environment. Chapter 4th details the steps of 3D animation production. 5th. The chapter focuses on the addition of scripts and controls, That is, the last step of virtual reality system construction, some methods of realization of human-computer interaction are discussed.
