【摘要】：對六盤水礦區(qū)煤矸石原粉組成進行分析,測定了煤矸石原粉和活化煤矸石粉制備免燒磚的膠凝性能,系統(tǒng)地研究了機械、熱、化學(xué)及復(fù)合活化方式對原狀煤矸石活性激發(fā)作用。研究表明,六盤水礦區(qū)煤矸石屬于高鐵高砂型煤矸石,活化煤矸石能夠顯著提高煤矸石基免燒磚的膠凝性能,復(fù)合活化效果優(yōu)于單一活化方式,復(fù)合活化的煤矸石能夠大幅度地提高免燒磚的膠凝性能,達到JC/T422-91(96)《非燒結(jié)普通黏土磚》MU15的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The composition of coal gangue raw powder in Liupanshui mining area was analyzed, and the cementitious properties of unfired brick prepared by coal gangue raw powder and activated coal gangue powder were measured. The activation effect of mechanical, thermal, chemical and compound activation methods on the activity of unburned coal gangue was systematically studied. The results show that the coal gangue in Liupanshui mining area belongs to high speed iron and high sand coal gangue. Activated coal gangue can significantly improve the cementitious performance of coal gangue based unfired brick, and the compound activation effect is better than that of single activation mode. The compound activated coal gangue can greatly improve the cementitious property of unfired brick, which meets the standard of JC/T422-91 (96) "unsintered ordinary clay brick > MU15".
