堿度對(duì)脫硫建筑石膏性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同堿度的氫氧化鈣(CH)溶液和氫氧化鈉(NH)溶液對(duì)脫硫建筑石膏凝結(jié)時(shí)間、2 h強(qiáng)度的影響,并通過(guò)水化溫升、XRD和SEM技術(shù)探索了其影響機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:在拌合水p H值為7.6~12.0內(nèi),隨著堿度的提高,脫硫建筑石膏的初凝、終凝時(shí)間都明顯縮短;在p H值為9.0左右時(shí),2種水化環(huán)境中脫硫建筑石膏的抗折、抗壓強(qiáng)度性能都最佳;堿性環(huán)境還改變了二水石膏的結(jié)晶相變熱、結(jié)晶化程度、結(jié)晶形態(tài)和密實(shí)程度。
