碳化混凝土硫酸鈉鹽結(jié)晶破壞

【摘要】:研究了不同水灰比、不同粉煤灰、礦渣摻量混凝土試件快速碳化10 d和20 d后,半浸泡在10%硫酸鈉溶液中,在恒溫恒濕環(huán)境下[(20±1)℃,相對濕度RH(60±5)%],混凝土試件水分蒸發(fā)區(qū)的破壞特征及其質(zhì)量損失率隨侵蝕時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:混凝土碳化深度越大,混凝土破壞越嚴(yán)重;用粉煤灰和礦渣取代水泥加劇混凝土碳化,導(dǎo)致混凝土破壞更嚴(yán)重;碳化混凝土中發(fā)生的硫酸鈉結(jié)晶是混凝土發(fā)生破壞的原因。
