低溫?zé)Y(jié)制備氧化鋁陶瓷膜支撐體

【摘要】:采用平均粒徑為10.16μm的α-Al_2O_3粉體為原材料,利用注漿成型技術(shù)制備陶瓷膜支撐體。設(shè)置正交實(shí)驗(yàn),研究成孔劑、粘結(jié)劑、燒結(jié)助劑(硅酸鈉+TiO_2+CaCO_3+MgO)含量及保溫時(shí)間對(duì)支撐各性能的影響;在正交實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)改變燒結(jié)溫度,于低溫條件下制備出性能良好的陶瓷膜支撐體。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:硅酸鈉用量、成孔劑用量、粘結(jié)劑用量和保溫時(shí)間最佳組合分別為4%、6%、0.6%和2 h。在1400~1450℃溫度區(qū)間內(nèi)制得的支撐體各性能指標(biāo)均相對(duì)較優(yōu),適宜作為陶瓷膜載體使用。
[Abstract]:Using 偽-Al_2O_3 powder with average particle size of 10.16 渭 m as raw material, ceramic membrane support was prepared by grouting molding technology. The effects of the content of pore-forming agent, binder, sintering additive (sodium silicate TiO_2 CaCO_3 MgO) and holding time on the supporting properties were studied by orthogonal experiment. Based on the conclusion of orthogonal experiment, the ceramic membrane support with good performance was prepared at low temperature by changing the sintering temperature. The results showed that the optimum combination of sodium silicate, pore forming agent, binder and holding time were 4%, 6%, 0.6% and 2 h, respectively.
