偏釩酸銨在空氣中熱分解產(chǎn)物形貌的演變

【摘要】:以偏釩酸銨(NH_4VO_3)在空氣中熱分解的熱重-差熱(TG-DSC)分析為依據(jù),利用X射線衍射儀(XRD)和掃描電鏡(SEM)分析了偏釩酸銨在空氣中熱分解最終產(chǎn)物的物相和偏釩酸銨在空氣中升溫到DSC曲線不同拐點(diǎn)溫度分解產(chǎn)物的形貌。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),偏釩酸銨在空氣中熱分解有兩個(gè)階段,第一階段出現(xiàn)了中間相(NH_4)_2O·2V_2O_5,第二階段出現(xiàn)了熱分解產(chǎn)物由無定形狀態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)變成晶體的過程。偏釩酸銨在空氣中不同階段下熱分解產(chǎn)物的形貌基本上是不規(guī)則的片狀,但是最終產(chǎn)物V_2O_5的厚度較均勻。
[Abstract]:Based on the thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis (TG-DSC) analysis of the thermal decomposition of ammonium metavanadate (NH_4VO_3) in air, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to analyze the phase of the final product of the thermal decomposition of ammonium metavanadate in air and the morphology of the decomposition product of ammonium metavanadate at different inflection points of DSC curve. It is found that there are two stages in the thermal decomposition of ammonium metavanadate in air. In the first stage, the mesophase (NH_4) _ 2O 路2V _ 2O _ 5 appears, and in the second stage, the product of thermal decomposition changes from amorphous state to crystal. The morphology of the thermal decomposition product of ammonium metavanadate in air at different stages is basically irregular, but the thickness of the final product V_2O_5 is uniform.
