石門磷精礦用于窯法磷酸生產(chǎn)原料的評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:對(duì)采用焙燒-消化-分離得到的石門磷精礦進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,在鈣硅比0.30、配碳量為理論量的1.5倍條件下配料、造球,生球抗壓強(qiáng)度34.5 N、0.5 m落下強(qiáng)度大于22次,干球抗壓強(qiáng)度203.5 N、1 m落下強(qiáng)度大于5.2次,球團(tuán)性能良好。磷精礦在鈣硅比0.37、配碳量為理論量的1.5倍、1 360℃下還原40 min,磷還原率達(dá)到96%,渣球軟熔性好。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,石門磷精礦是一種適合窯法磷酸工藝的生產(chǎn)原料。
[Abstract]:The evaluation experiment of Shimen phosphate concentrate obtained by calcination-digestion-separation is carried out. The results show that under the condition of calcium-silicon ratio 0.30and carbon content 1.5 times of theoretical amount, the burden, pelletizing, and the compressive strength of raw pellet are 34.5 N, and the ratio of calcium to silicon is 0.30 and the carbon content is 1.5 times of theoretical amount. The strength of 0.5m drop is more than 22 times, the compressive strength of dry ball is 203.5 N, the falling strength of 1 m is greater than 5.2times, and the pellet has good performance.
