【摘要】：高應(yīng)變點(diǎn)玻璃是近年來(lái)發(fā)展的一種新型玻璃,有著優(yōu)異的抗沖擊性能和抗劃傷性能,在CIGS薄膜太陽(yáng)能電池玻璃基板和觸控設(shè)備上有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文研究了不同澄清劑和澄清劑含量對(duì)澄清效果的影響,定量的研究了在澄清過程中氣泡熔占比;氣泡直徑平均尺寸;氣泡個(gè)數(shù)的變化,建立了適合高應(yīng)變點(diǎn)玻璃的澄清方案,對(duì)玻璃企業(yè)的生產(chǎn),提供一些指導(dǎo)性的建議。
[Abstract]:High strain point glass is a new type of glass developed in recent years. It has excellent impact resistance and scratch resistance. It is widely used in CIGS thin film solar cell glass substrate and touch control equipment. In this paper, the influence of different clarifier and clarifier content on the clarification effect was studied, and the bubble melting ratio, bubble diameter average size, bubble melting ratio, average size of bubble diameter in the clarification process were quantitatively studied. With the change of bubble number, a clarification scheme suitable for glass with high strain point is established, and some instructive suggestions for the production of glass enterprises are provided.
