乳酸鈣摻量對(duì)基于微生物礦化沉積的混凝土裂縫自修復(fù)效果的影響

【摘要】:基于微生物礦化沉積的裂縫自修復(fù)技術(shù)能夠有效地實(shí)現(xiàn)混凝土裂縫的自診斷和自修復(fù);然而,如果混凝土中微生物礦化沉積過程中所必需的營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)摻量不足,則可能限制其裂縫自修復(fù)效果的充分發(fā)揮。以科式芽孢桿菌為自修復(fù)劑,以膨脹珍珠巖為修復(fù)劑載體,研制出一種新型裂縫自修復(fù)混凝土。主要考察乳酸鈣摻量對(duì)基于科式芽孢桿菌礦化沉積的混凝土裂縫自修復(fù)效果的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過修復(fù)養(yǎng)護(hù)28 d后,研制的自修復(fù)混凝土表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)越的裂縫自修復(fù)能力,最大修復(fù)裂縫寬度達(dá)到0.67 mm,為普通混凝土最大裂縫修復(fù)寬度的2.23倍;并且乳酸鈣摻量對(duì)混凝土裂縫自修復(fù)效果影響較大,隨著乳酸鈣摻量的增加,混凝土的裂縫自修復(fù)能力顯現(xiàn)出先上升后趨于平穩(wěn)的趨勢(shì),當(dāng)乳酸鈣摻量為膠凝材料質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)的1.75%時(shí),混凝土的裂縫最大修復(fù)寬度達(dá)到最大。
[Abstract]:Self-repairing technology based on microbial mineralization deposition can effectively realize self-diagnosis and self-repair of concrete cracks. However, if the amount of nutrients necessary in the process of microbial mineralization in concrete is insufficient, the self-repairing effect of cracks may be restricted. A new type of crack self-repairing concrete was developed with Bacillus spp as self-repairing agent and expanded perlite as the carrier. The effect of calcium lactate content on self-repairing of concrete cracks based on the mineralized deposit of Bacillus sp. The experimental results show that after 28 days of repair and maintenance, the developed self-repairing concrete has excellent self-repairing ability, and the maximum crack width of 0.67 mm, is 2.23 times of that of ordinary concrete. With the increase of calcium lactate content, the self-repairing ability of concrete cracks increased first and then tended to steady. When the content of calcium lactate is 1.75% of the mass fraction of the cementing material, the maximum crack repair width of the concrete reaches the maximum.
